Food is not fresh and service is horrible and the kid that works the front is rude, got spoiled brown rice with my order, this place should be avoided at all cost, the health department needs to make a pop up visit

I don’t know why this place has low scores on the review. I am writing this one while warming up the fried rice to eat. I ordered 2 trays of chicken fried rice and beef lo mien for my child birthday party . I chose this restaurant because it is only 10 mins from my house. They gave me 2 big trays of food. Both are tasty and good, not salty (maybe I requested them less sodium lol)

I ordered online. Got my food in 15 minutes. You don’t have to tell them you want fork and spoon. ducksauce and soy sauce. They put everything in your bag. Fortune cookies included. I forgot to take a photo of the food. We bought 2 orders and a carb rangoon. . It was so delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly! Say hello as soon as you arrive at the restaurant. Most importantly, the food was delicious. My kid is a picky eater. But he ate all the carb rangoon. .Recommended.

Hi today I placed an order at this restaurant through uber eats. Two minutes after the order was placed I tried to cancel it. Uber told me that I wouldn’t be refunded for it so I called the restaurant to see if I could come pick up the order. They told me that I wasn’t charged for it and needed to contact uber eats again. After chatting with uber eats for the second time they told me that my order still wasn’t eligible for a refund. I then decided to look at the restaurants reviews and noticed to so many other customers had the same issue. So I’m not trying to say that this restaurant is sketchy, but something’s not right here.

Edit: The owner’s comment is incorrect. We have call logs proving we tried canceling within 3 minutes, but staff was not willing to cancel and told us to call again later. Our two separate reviews are from two individuals who both experienced this issue firsthand.

Food was fresh with great taste. Delivery took longer than I expected, but it was still acceptable. The delivery man was very nice and explained that the delay was due to the restaurant being busy.
