The food here is fantastic! We expected the usual Chinese Restaurant cuisine but were pleasantly surprised. Rangoons and egg rolls were homemade and fresh. The shrimp in the entrees were very large and lightly battered. We will definitely dine here again.

Me and my family came here for dinner today and the service was terrible. As soon as we walked in the lady was very rude. We sat down and ordered our drinks. We asked that my sister (who wasn’t here yet) could get a water and she told us to “wait until she got here” and walked away. We ordered our soup and finally my sister came and ordered her drink. My mom needed a refill on her drink so she said “ma’m” but was ignored many times by the lady. When we received our crab rangoons they were raw and doughy inside. We told her and she just said “oh ok” kinda rudely. When she came back with them they were still doughy and came with hair! We just decided not to send it back again. When I got my lomein noodles they tasted like styrofoam. My sisters food was delivered to the wrong table at first so the waitress picked the food back up from their table and brought it to ours. My sister was supposed to get fried rice but instead received steamed rice. The whole time the woman was rude but there was a guy who was very nice and polite and even asked us if we wanted refills.

Ordered the General Tso’s chicken which I would assume is pretty basic and hard to mess up but it lacked flavor and wasn’t spicy. It tasted more like Orange Chicken but event then it would’ve still been lacking flavor if I had ordered Orange Chicken. However I also ordered the Chinese Biscuits and those were pretty good.

Disappointed in the taste and quality of the food :/ the lo mein was unlike any I’ve had (and that’s not a good thing.) It tasted like the noodles were cooked in a watery bbq sauce. The rice was fine, just lacking flavor. The sweet and sour chicken completely threw me off. The sauce came on the side and the chicken looked like hard over battered chicken nuggets. The vegetables tasted just about raw. The only good thing was the eggroll and the cashier service. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Got a small metal shaving in my beef and broccoli. Felt something in my mouth in a bite and pulled out this metal shaving.

I expected little from a restaurant with ‘Express’ in its name and yet was still disappointed. The fried rice was bland and looked like it was cooked in a dirty pot; weird dark discoloration along big clumps of it. The General Tso’s, teriyaki, and Szechuan chicken were indistinguishable. They all tasted the same, vaguely sweet, and the teriyaki chicken was extremely dry and tough. The mixed seafood noodles had great big clumps of mixed meat buried in the noodles like they’d been all cooked (or more likely microwaved) separately and then thrown together for serving. The eggrolls were fine.

41$ worth of the worst Chinese food I’ve had in ages. The first picture is pork wontons. With no pork. The whole deal is so bad I won’t go back. We ordered soup, two appetizers and sesame chicken. I’m eating frozen burritos for dinner instead.

Oh wow is this place good! We stopped in randomly from South Austin and this was an incredible surprise. The Szechuan Beef and Egg Fu Yong were out of this world.

The food is delicious. The pork fried rice had huge pieces of pork, peas, egg. Just very flavorful. I called and thanked them and said the food was so good.
