This was my second time there and honestly will never go back. The first time the food was good, but the lady in the front was rude. I got there a half an hour before close. She was mad kept telling me that they were going to be closing soon. Basically letting me know that it is not OK to come in a half an hour before close. I thought was a little odd for her to be so upset but again the food was really good. So I went in yesterday ordered the large Mongolian beef. What little meat that was in there was very chewy didn’t have much flavor, but the amount of onion was unreal. Like I feel like I ordered Mongolian onion. I will leave a picture of all the onions that I picked out of it. I will never waste another $15 on a box full of sauce, onion, and rice!

Asked for a sauce substitute, lady was rude.
Watered down egg drop soup. Crab Rangoon was burnt and had no filling. First time we went it was good. Second time, awful. No flavor.

So normally, we go to the Great Wall off Broadway, but they were closed so we tried the Great Wall up The street the crab lagoon were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like the cream cheese was old mind you we are frequent flyers at the other Great Wall, but never will we go to this one again hopefully the other one opens back up soon.

The lady at the front desk has been working there and by herself for 20 years! They only pay her $10 a hour and don’t even show appreciation. She deserves to retire and get some money! I thought she owned the place! We should start a go fund me for her! Truly!

I will never set foot in this restaurant again and will encourage everyone I know to follow suit. The lady working at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve personally witnessed her berate people in person for no apparent reason, and people on the phone for calling in to-go orders. I’ve been yelled at myself for being there during regular meal times.
Tonight, my wife and son arrived about 10 minutes before closing, with no other patrons. They were immediately berated for coming in so late. They placed their to-go order, which would have been called in ahead of their arrival, but the employee refused to answer the phone when they were called. All of the drama only for the below average food to come out before closing anyway.
All in all, a terrible experience for everyone involved, only to receive overpriced, mediocre food.
Never again.

I love getting my chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon here. The only thing that bothers me is how little the employees get paid. I leave them a tip every time, but they deserve better.
