I have been eating here for over 40 years now. My fav has always been the sweet & sour chicken with steamed rice. I see where others have said the service was bad, but that’s not been my experience. If you are kind, you’ll see kindness from others. But if you’re demanding and rude, I think that changes the whole atmosphere. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories with my family here.

Great food, but poor service. The staff stayed on speakerphone while checking me out, which made me feel ignored. The atmosphere isn’t very welcoming, either. I’d probably recommend takeout over dining in until they improve the customer experience.

I went there for the 1st time & last time yesterday & encountered one of the rudest ladies at the counter. I asked for Soy Sauce & she yelled at me, “there it is over there on the table”. Not only did the place smell like rotting fish, the shrimp fried rice that I paid $15.95 for was bland with absolutely no flavor. And I went before 3:30 but wasn’t given the lunch price. I definitely won’t be going back. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place where I’m not welcome.

We used to dine here all the time but quit going when the world shut down. Last night we went here for the first time in a long time and there wasn’t any other dine in patrons except us. I’m not sure what has changed but this place used to be packed. The prices have gotten high but that is literally everywhere! The paper plate dining is a turn off so they may be part of the problem. The hot and sour soup is better than anyone else’s in town that I have tried. I could eat two bowls of it. Make sure if you ask for a complete plate that you understand if they ask you for egg roll and you say yes that you will not be getting a crab Rangoon as listed on the menu. The fried rice is one of the worst in town I would not recommend it. I got the Mongolian beef and the flavor is delicious except for the fact that it is extremely spicy. I boxed mine up to take home to my husband. The dumplings are big but should be for $10.95 and I asked for fried and I’m pretty sure they were steamed. I didn’t care for their texture nor taste but the kids seemed to like them. I’ll go back for the soup and maybe some sesame chicken in the future.

Will we return? HECK YES! Best fried rice and noodles around! It is literally a little great “hole in the wall” Great Wall! We live in east Texas and used to get the best fried rice from Henderson and that place has since shut down due to them retiring and we have not found rice that good until now! Now I wish we traveled t Shreveport more often. Haha! But if you’re looking for good food, this is the place to go!

I made a call in pick up order on 12-11-2024 at 8:50 pm. I order chicken wings and HOUSE FRIED RICE ( CHICKEN, BEEF,PORK ) ONLY NO SHRIMP. I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC POSSIBLY EMERGENCY ROOM OR DEATH. THIS IS THE SECOND TIMES THIS HAS OCCURRED. I’M VERY DISPLEASED WITH MY ORDER. THE ONLY THING WAS EDIBLE WAS THE WINGS. SOMEONE THERE NEEDS TO FIX THIS. I’M GLAD I CHECKED IT FIRST.

This place is the best place and I’m so thankful that they are near me in West Shreveport, great portions, everything taste great and the order is always spot on! Love the China Town and Hot & Sour Soup. They have these Chinese Style Hot Wings $7.95 … In my opinion, They are THE BEST wings you will ever stick in your piehole!!!

I’ve gotten pick up from here twice now and the food has been great. The hot and sour soup is delicious, and the House Special Rice Noodle (or combination beef/chicken/shrimp mei fun) was flavourful, with enough for at least two full meals! Some of the best mei fun I’ve had, as other places tend to keep it somewhat bland/overcooked.
The Mongolian beef was good, if sweeter than I’m used to from other places. Beef was a bit chewy and not super high quality, but the sauce was flavoured nicely.
The Beef fried rice was… not the best I’ve had, so I’d rather pass on that entree.
The store itself is beautiful inside, and the pick up orders are accurate, staff is polite and prompt.
The parking area is a bit small, which hasn’t been a problem the times I visited, but the second visit there was a homeless man sitting in front of the door, but he seemed out of it and didn’t interact with customers coming in or leaving.
