I have been struggling to find a good Chinese takeout near my house for a few years now and I have FINALLY found it! I was willing to try Chinese takeout again after almost a year after constant disappointment. This place is clean, fast service, food was ON POINT! rice is authentic Chinese rice not yellow rice like most others! In a kind of sketchy area but definitely did NOT disappoint. So happy I found them, thanks Great Wall!!! We ordered Singapore noodle, crab rangoon and chicken fried rice. All delectable. Oh, I love the fact that they have an open kitchen so customers can see how the chefs prepare meals, definitely clean.

Food used to be good. Looks like new people. Dinner portion size much smaller now. Went recently and the wait time for a small order was ridiculous. Then I went to ask how much longer and turns out my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. My wings were burned and not good. Looks like some new cooks in the kitchen. The two guys at the register too busy talking instead of paying attention to the orders.

Terrible experience this was my second time ordering from this place and the first order got delivered to my house perfectly fine. Now my second order the bad experience i ordered online once again to have it delivered to the same address and after they tried to charge me not once but twice. They call me to tell me they don’t deliver to that address. I continue to ask them how come if it got delivered before no answer. I asked if i can then pick it up the guy i spoke to said yes. Well as I am 7 minutes away from the place they tell me that my order won’t start until I arrive had to wait forever for my food. And the manager wouldn’t even face me. The food is really good but the service is wack. I normally don’t write reviews but this really set me off.

Dumplings were great. Wish I could say the same for the fried rice though. All it included was flavorless rice, onions, and chicken – where’s the other veggies? Scrambled egg? Waste of money. Won’t be back…

We LOVE the food here, they prices are always great. Staff is super friendly from ordering to delivery. They always add extra sauces, the Hot Oil they have is amazing with your food if your love spice. As a family of 9 we order trays!

The man running the cash register was rude with his remarks about coming late for pick up after just talking with us on the phone. Considering they had so much time they did not follow the special instructions that asked for “hot sauce packets please”. I still had to ask for them when arriving. Customer service was horrible.

We can’t talk about the food without talking about the service. When the staff deliberately tells you they don’t prioritize the orders made online, and they turn away customers walking in the store expecting orders. I’m not one to leave reviews but when they tell me to my face they are choosing to fulfill other orders over mine, there’s nothing I could do to fix this for myself. Hope others can take something away from this.
