First two times I ordered chicken n broccoli I had to return it . The chicken was raw n slimmey not edible at all . My co worker ordered food from them and got sick . I ordered a wonton soup today because new lucky star restaurant was closed an the driver was so rude and obnoxious! I will never spend another cent here ! I’ll make sure to spread the word at the airport food and service is TRASH

First of all I’ve lived in this neighborhood since 1982 and I’ve been a loyal customer since they’ve been here. This establishment is by 88th and Astoria and I live on 89th Street. I ordered chicken wings with tostones he said it was $11.05 I had $16. Left my change purse in my other bag but he let me slide for the .05 cents. Then I asked for an extra garlic sauce and she said it .25 cents. I was annoyed that they’re charging for that but I gave her my $5 bill and she proceeds to then charge me the .05 cents. They are the worst!! How you treat your customers like this just nickel and diming. You’re in my community!! I will never return to this establishment the woman was a rude person. They have no business ethic what so ever!! Don’t go here!!!

I don’t know why people are saying customer service is bad. Cause they were extremely nice. Food is pretty good, less than 15 minutes my food was ready. Went around 1pm and the place was super busy so they definitely doing something right. 9 dollars got me general chicken with rice and soup. Definitely recommend this place.

I am regular customer and is constantly ordering the same thing over and over again. I placed my order with a girl. They forget to give any duck sauce and when I called back to let them know, a guy answered who barely spoke English. Instead of saying sorry he started arguing with me and laughing saying who orders duck sauce with wings. Not only this the delivery guy went to the front of the house instead of the back like always since it’s a new guy. I wouldn’t communicate properly with him coz even he speaks very little English. Now I am sitting here with cold chicken wings and no duck sauce.
