The value here is unbeatable! The portions are very plentiful and the meals are not too expensive. I always get the delicious chicken broccoli and wonton soup. Whether you choose the menu items or the buffet open again, the service is excellent—I primarily use carryout and they are always fast and accurate on their orders.

I took one bite of my food and it tasted so watery I had to spit it out. I ordered $50 worth of food and to be dissatisfied with everything is absolutely crazy. We ordered popular items that we normally get so we would know how it tastes. Not sure if they’re just having a bad day but that’s no excuse. I can’t bring myself to waste my money if my food is going to be such poor quality. This review gives me extreme dissatisfaction considering I really enjoyed ordering from here but no longer. I pray that no one gets sick within the next 24 hours. Please consider taking the time and effort to check quality of food. Please do the bare minimum. That is all.

Get delivery all the time. Last 2 times food was not good. Tonight was worst. Sweet sour shrimp was hard, sauce was weird, my Cashew shrimp was weird brown sauce w shriveled up cashews toomuch celery w some peas, corn nuggets were not even cooked all the way.

Buffet is $33.80 for two adults.
I’ve traveled a lot and had food from many Asian restaurants. This one is the epitome of mediocre. If you think a stale Graham cracker is an exotic flavor, then you might actually prefer the ‘Chinese à la Richmond’ fare. For anyone of culture or has any modicum of taste, you would do well to bypass this place unless they make some drastic changes.
They do seem to bus the tables in a timely manner.

Like all the other Oriental food restaurants and all fast food restaurants in Richmond Indiana, The Great Wall is open for take out only and they have no indoor seating available. I commend this restaurant for helping keep their employees and customers safe.
We have been here for work for the last two months and have ordered from this restaurant twice with a special request. Both times our food was ready when we arrived, the portions were huge, the food was super hot and absolutely perfect. The veggies were still crisp and crunchy, the chicken tender and flavorful. The egg rolls were full and tasty. The sweet and sour chicken was perfect. The sweet and sour sauce came separately and there was plenty to use. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the pieces of chicken were big and not all breading. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! I’m just sad we won’t be here long enough to try the rest of their menu. I so appreciate good food. Ohh… and always get the pork fried rice. Damn amazing!

Ordered shrimp lomein and orange chicken, halfway through my dinner I pulled a piece of metal scrubber out of my throat, I almost swallowed it! I would hate to know what would have happened if I had accidentally eaten it… It literally could have either caused serious bodily harm or worse. This is ridiculous. Informed the owner who blew me off and ended up offering a $5 credit for something that could have literally killed me. $29 bill…

Nothing special here. Stopped for lunch on 8/26823 while in the area. Both the MooGoo and Cashew Chicken were on the dry side. You could see where sauce was added, but it had all absorbed into the ingredients. Did not get to choose from steamed or fried rice, and the lunch special did not come with a choice of soup or egg roll. The flavor profile was okay, nothing special stands out. There were very large chunks of celery in the Cashew Chicken making the entree off balanced.
We dined in, very dark and unwelcoming. Color palette looks to be from the late Eighties.
I will not be going out of my way to eat here again if I am back in the area.
