This is the worst of the worst in terms of service… I picked up an order for my client and while there decided to add a separate order for my spouse… I paid for my clients then the gatekeeper (who is a smart mouth teen girl) gave me the second order. It was low mein … look at the photos… these people put the low mein in a cardboard container and a PAPER BAG… I had to ask her for my receipt and a bag(plastic). By this time I’m furious as a RN I deal in customer service… I will NEVER SPEND A $1 in there… RUDE… I was back at my clients in 5 minutes… this picture is showing how the grease/sauce or whatever the low mein is swimming in has SATURATED THE CARDBOARD CONTAINER AND THE PAPER BAG… don’t treat me like I’m boo boo the fool.

wasn’t really impressed, fried rice tasted off compared to what I normally get. Sesame chicken was in tiny little overcooked peices. Maybe we just caught them on a really busy or off night, I don’t know, I don’t think we’ll be back though.

The food here has been great so far. Egg drop soup was good, and the General Tso’s chicken was great – it was spicy though. The inside of the location really needs updating – but it is a shopping center location, so I’m not sure they have a lot of influence on the upkeep of the building.

This place completely cracks me up. Don’t ever expect what you order. They make what they want to. Customer service is AWFUL! And when you explain how they screwed up your order they all of a sudden can’t speak English
We have ordered extra sauce on General Tso.s chicken every week for over a year. We pay 1.25 for the sauce. 52 weeks we have paid for it and when we don’t receive it they are awful and say we never paid. Steer clear

I have never ever had a complaint about wonton soup but at this restaurant it was ABSOLUTELY tasteless. They add turmeric to water so it looks like chicken broth. They failed. Don’t waste your money on house fried rice either, it’s totally bland. Good chicken wings and orange chicken.

Sauce was watery and bland. General tso chicken was crispy and the breading seasoned. But the sauce…and the white rice. But carryout with no other options close by is always a coin flip. I’m sure other options hit as intended…just the sauce was water and oil for my visit.

Normally they are very good I have had them forget an item off my order once or twice but today everything was in my bag it was hot I was ready to eat but there was a hair in my chicken I called back spoke to the mom she came to the phone and I let her know what was going on and that I would just like my order remade.
