I am a North Carolina resident and often travel to Virginia to support Great Wall! Tonight my family experienced the worst food ever! It was cold and the chopped ribs were undercooked to the point my kids and husband could taste the rawness! I called to express my concerns and the manager demanded that I hold onto the food. Sir I will not refrigerate this food nor will I drive a hour back to your restaurant for a food swap of 12 whopping dollars that you refuse to show any type of empathy or care for family’s health! Very dissatisfied with the food and customer service because rarely do I speak up but this is horrible

Food nicely fresh they have sum great Cat dog special which is the boneless spare ribs my fav. Rice is good as well as pork egg rolls. Chicken wings taste fresh n good. Great job cheap prices compared to Sum Chinese places still up north.

I was reluctant to get Chinese food out in Franklin but this place was surprisingly very good. The young lady behind the counter was very polite and friendly. I ordered the chicken with mixed vegetables lunch special and it came out pretty quick. The food was really, really good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

Great Wall has been a favorite in Franklin for a long time for many! While the bowling alley also has good food, there’s several times I’ve left there and chose this instead. They knock it out the park with the wings, in every flavor. If you know you know!

The people there are so friendly, the food is excellent & service is quick. Best in Franklin by far. I don’t know if they deliver, I’m going to find out though. Even if they don’t, their food & service is well worth the 10 minutes to drive there. I do wish that they would post their hours though.
