I am sorry to say but last night I ordered food the first time in a long time and did not care for the taste. First, I ordered Egg Drop soup, my favorite and never has it come with Wonton pieces in it. I cannot eat wonton. ??? then instead of some noodles to go in soup, they sent an eggroll that I did not order.
Then when I opened my main dish and although there was a lot of chicken the pork fried was so light in color and not much taste. Again I am sorry for this but I had to be honest.

My husband and I got the boneless rib combo food was real tasty the ribs were very very tender generous size portion staff could be a little bit more friendlier he didn’t talk or even smile otherwise I like the food and I’ll be back

We’ve been going here for a small while, but every time, the food is always delicious, well prepared, amazingly done. They are always so nice to us, and so friendly. I can’t understand why some people are giving bad reviews, at all… We’re always greeted with a smile, the food is always cooked and prepared properly on time, we never have anything missing or anything by mistake, everything is top notch.

Everything is STILL Delicious! Everything is STILL 5 Stars! I wish I could actually take and rate this again. Tonight i tried a few dishes, I’ve never had before, and they will now enter my Great Wall food rotation. Everything was so flavorful, so comforting, so delightful. Everyone working there is an absolute joy to interact with. Thank you again, Great Wall.

Once more I must report, everything ordered tonight, came out absolutely fantastic. I truly believe (and my sweetheart agrees) that you can honestly taste the love and care, put into the food made by Great Wall. Tonight I had shrimp and green beans, some wanton soup, a little white rice, and a pork eggroll. Everything came out perfect, the shrimp was tender and juicy, the beans were well cooked without being mushy, the sauce they came in was delightful, and just like last time, the wanton soup was soul-healing-good. Thank you once again, Great Wall.

Bro this was so foul I rarely do reviews but eating this food from great wall in hazlet never again. And I got a basic chicken lo mein. Worst I’ve ever had. Super oily and garlicky I threw it out it was disgusting

I got chicken and broccoli five months ago and you can see my review above. I just went in again to give it another try and after five months, it taste exactly the same terrible I get Chinese food all the time from four or five different places depending on what I am in the mood for And I always get chicken and broccoli for my daughter, so disappointing that it taste like this, but I guess since they’ve been in business for so long that their clientele really must have simply bad taste

Beef chow fun,was old rice noodles,they were mushy and all broken up,I grew up in NY Chinatown,I know what chow fun noodles are like,and these were old,probably frozen.Need to travel to Shangai Bun in Matawan.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Chinese food in the area, and I’m a life-long resident. Everything tastes fresh, bright, and clean, AND the egg rolls are true egg rolls, like how they use to be a long time ago, fried extra crispy. DELICIOUS!

This was my third food delivery since the new owners and apparently new chef started.The delivery was on time and the food was hot.The problem with each order was that they changed the seasonings in every dish so differently from the old owners that I could not recognize flavors. The egg drop wonton soup flavorless except for salt (no dried noodles were provided). The Dim Sum were small, the noodle wrapping was falling apart, the filling was dry and flavorless (except for extra salt) and there was no sauce, like oyster sauce with soy and scallion. The shrimp rolls have changed from the old owners type, these were hard and dry, not crispy. The moo goo gai pan was like vegetable soup, everything soggy and swimming in a flavorless salty broth. They have stopped giving a free egg roll with larger orders. After being disappointed with three weekly orders I will be looking elsewhere
