Did this place get new owners? The quality of the food and the service have really fallen off a cliff. We used to come here for plates all the time and they were very good. Last time not as good. This time we tried the Gyro plate with “salad” cold rice and burnt Gyro meat. Wanted the chicken plate but they were out of chicken. Service was like he couldn’t care less if we were there or not. Took 15 minutes for this abysmal garbage he served us. Salad? You mean cut up lettuce? Does that count as salad? And this was $15!!

The staff is cool. They even deliver to you if you’re employed within the mall.
I would have to say they have some of the best steak subs in the Greece area. Check it out for yourselves… you will not be disappointed.

I spent over 50 dollars and I wasn’t upset with the price I was upset with the quality of food that I recieved I ordered there house chicken salad with added extra chicken and all I recieved was salad cheese and extra croutons and tomato and cucumber with one salad dressing when I paid for extra as well. I also ordered a large Philly steak with mayo and boss sauce and I only received meat and cheese and a bun and to top it off the loaded bacon fries I ordered only had a half of slice of bacon on there. I called several times to try to reach someone and when I did reach someone to ask to talk to the manager they hung up I called several times after that with no response.

Ordered online food. Sent my daughter in for the food and they asked for proof ! Didn’t like that as no one had ever asked for proof . Who would send a child into a place to steal food? Crazy .

I came to the mall to get something to eat real quick decided to go to them. The food is overpriced and horrible. My french fries had Roman noodle sauce on them . The seasoning pack, and my chicken fingers were cut up into 1 million pieces and it was supposed to be Asap. They fill my cup up what I said a capacity I only had 3sip to drink out of.

So visited New York for first time ever. Decided to order this place with my amazing friend. Which she had never been there before so didn’t really have a opinion of them. So we decided to try. Delivery was quite fast which was great of course thanks to Doordash. Now for the downhill spiral effect. Upon opening we both had noticed just an absolute mess glob of grease covering the bun. Looking as if the cook slapped our rolls with the grease covered spatula and smashed them down. Opening the roll we noticed the meat was completely burnt. Could not tell what each of the toppings exactly was due to how badly burned. The mushrooms and peppers were so small and burnt as well it all blended in. The tomatoes used not sure what the deal was with them but they were actually very pale and far from fresh looking. Not sure what happened this day if someone came into work and didn’t give a s@@@. But what they had packaged and sent out was a absolute mess of disgrace. Must not had any management there because I can’t see them sending anything out looking like that. I usually give a place a 2nd chance but this place does not deserve one. Better look somewhere else for a Philly not worth the value and taste here.
