I rarely write reviews, but I do when I’m genuinely outraged. What I was served at this place was absolutely inedible. This is not food — it’s something that should never be cooked, let alone sold for money. No flavor, no quality, no care whatsoever.
If you know you cook like this, at least have the decency not to charge people for it. The experience was disgusting from start to finish. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Even if you’re extremely hungry, you’re better off staying hungry than wasting your money here.

I have been to this location many times. I am usually here after shopping for a quick bite. Most of the times that I been here the food was great and fulfilling. My most recent visit was a mediocre one, the service was still great, but the food was off like there was no effort in it and not consistent like before. I’m not sure what happen if it’s new management or just some new cooks. I probably would only choose this place next time if it’s the last resort.

I’m giving this place 5 , only because ever since I was little, the food was always fresh and consistent. Service, on the other hand sucks. We went here to get dinner, and the dude who was helping us was more worried about his phone and texting. He had no shame leaving his phone out so he could read text messages. He acted like I was bothering him by placing an order. There were people behind me who worked there ordering coffee, and he did the same thing.
You can never go wrong with the original heart steak, and I do love the tater tots they have now. So crunchy. I don’t care for the philly cheese steak or loaded anything. I feel they just put so much cheese that it over powers everything else.

Fast friendly service, decent food. I like their great steak best. Was a bit disappointed w the Bacon Cheesesteak, I think its hard to top the “Great Steak.”

Technically, this place isn’t really a TRUE cheesesteak joint because they use sirloin cuts of beef instead of ribeye. With that said, the pricing reflects the different cut and the menu straight up tells you it’s sirloin, so no shadiness involved here.
Now, the sandwich. DELICIOUS. Mind you it’s not as flavorful as authentic spots, but again it’s still a quality cheesesteak.
Customer service is spot on here. Consistently friendly, and it’s always a pleasant transaction.
One thing to note as well is the consistency of the food. Every time I come here, the sandwich is textbook. That’s something I can’t say for 80% of the other places in this mall.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before going here and spending my money. Food was not worth it. Baked potato with broccoli and cheese comes with nacho cheese not fresh shredded cheese and had hair in the baked potato and the macaroni and cheese is the kraft macaroni and cheese. So disappointing to spend money on food like this.

Great steak is not a premium cheese steak. When I’m in the mall and want a quick bite this is my go to. I know it’s not quality but all the greasy flavors can hit right when you’re walking around the mall. After my visit last Sunday im never going back again. The service was so slow. I basically watched them make my sandwich and drop the fries right after it was made. Why don’t you drop a bunch off fries knowing that’s probably your second best selling item. After 25 mins of waiting I kindly asked for my money back. If you’re craving a premium cheese steak at lower cost I’d point you to the Cheese Steak Shop in Fairmont. Prices are fair, staff is friendly and your food comes out reasonably quick. Great steak is now over priced bull meat. AVOID!
