dosent taste like steak more like roast beef or something.Owner messed up my order of steak tots and after I asked him twice if he is doing the right tots and he still got it wrong. Then wanted additional $4.50 to get the right fries and wait again for his mistake.

Just got a original steak sandwich and the quality of the meat was kinda grounded. Had other sandwiches from other locations and this is the worst meat quality, kinda looks like ground beef. I should have referred to the pictures first as it looked exactly the same smh never again.. btw it’s overpriced for the size. Don’t buy nothing here..

The food court in the mall has very high ceilings. The atmosphere is warm. There are people of all ages. The feeling is like you are at home. If you are there for food, you are in the right place. I personally love the steak and potato deluxe. The potato is nicely cooked and the meat, butter, sour cream stuffing just makes your day.

I have been going here for a long time and I just got 2 great steaks asked for no mushrooms they gave me 2 with mushrooms I politely spoke to them saying I ordered without mushrooms because I can’t eat them and they made me new ones with less steak it’s mostly bread now it’s not my fault they couldn’t take an order and now I’m paying for it very very upsetting

My daughter and I went here on Oct 19th 2019. We had the worse service ever. My daughter ordered two sandwiches and I placed an order for two sandwiches. The cook was fabulous it was the guy that puts the vegetables on your sandwich. He was rude and didnt know what he was doing. I will never eat here again. I got home the order was completely wrong and not wrapped correctly.
