I never take the time to write a review unless something is extremely obvious such as excellent customer service etc. But unfortunately, I felt I needed to share my experience I had yesterday at the mall food court. I know times are hard and the economy is going through some rough patches but if you want to stay afloat some things need to change. My husband ordered a chicken sub and I had the baked potato with the grilled onion. We paid 29 something for one meal and a baked potato. I hope I can submit a picture of what we got. A few slivers of chicken o his bread with a whole lot of sauce. My potato was covered with so much onion to mask the lack of meat which I somehow understand, but I gave it a chance I thought, hey I’ll get some sour cream to mask the intensity of all that onion, and to my surprise I had to pay an additional 1.25 for maybe half of a little container of sour cream. I did ask, if that’s what he was charging 1.25 for, he just smiled. Well we were so disappointed, however if you want to save money, you should probably start by hiring less people. There were at least six people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. There were more people behind the counter than ordering. That’s where you need to make the change and not sacrifice the integrity of your business. We were so disappointed, it smelled so good, but unfortunately what we got did not do it justice.

The service was awful. The staff was disrespectful to customers and lacked proper customer service skills. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and didn’t want to order anything or use any services afterward because of how poorly I was spoken to. I will not be returning. It is not worth coming here to eat, and I will be reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau.

worst customer service ever I’m upset, first off I asked for a “king fry” and as you see on the picture they’re promoting for this item it has sour cream.. when I ordered I asked for sour cream and when I received my order I didn’t have sour cream, I asked for it and they tried to make me pay extra for something that should come with this meal.
Never EVER going here again the woman in the front (in the first picture) is very rude and she’s a liar, when her manager asked her did I ask for sour cream she lies and says no, so I had to go to jewel osco to BUY my own which is extremely inconvenient!!! I also asked for No Bacon because simply because I don’t eat pork… check out the last picture.. see that ?? Yes that’s bacon, Something I said I didn’t want !
I recommend going to #Fries in the mall they’re better at customer service and food wise.. should’ve went there in the first place

The food was fine. What I don’t appreciate is at checkout being told the total and that total being on the receipt but my bank showing a different amount deducted. If you are charging an up charge for credit or debit cards, that should be disclosed by the person ringing up your order as well as displayed at the register.

The food is good. They handed me 2 fries and 2 sandwiches. No tray, no bag. Just individually handed me my order one item at a time. I ran out of arms because I also had drinks and they just watched me struggle. They literally stared at me like I was crazy for not having more arms and I think they’re crazy for not using trays. Next time I put my food in my pocket I guess.

Boyfriend ordered a sandwich here and we ate right in front of the store. I went up to get a bag for left overs and they said I could have a bag for the price of a sandwich. Honestly f*k that type of service. I could go to cook county and pay 7 cents for a bag if I had to. Is it just attitudinal people working, or sh*t service rules?
