I ordered the large Chicago style Philly Cheese steak as a combo with cheese fries. The Pepsi was the best part of the meal. So, what does that mean? That means the food was horrible. The fries were ice cold by the time I sat down. The Philly was more bread than anything else which was very disappointing. I’m from Chicago and this is not how a Philly is suppose to look. The taste was also very bland and dry. The service cashier was rude and he was disrespectful when asked about the presentation of the food. I was very disappointed overall with the service and the taste of the food and its presentation.

The service was awesome,got my dish fast & ordering was just fine. The only issue is the dish,after ordering my Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches & Fries & Pop,along with my best friend we both got sick after eating there at the Mall of America,our stomach was hurting so bad that we had to leave the mall we couldn’t stay & my best friend had to go to bathroom couldn’t wait & felt has if he was going to puke,I felt the same way. Something wrong with the food & hygiene from the workers not Changing their gloves or washing their hands,I don’t know ♀️but we got sick & today my stomach still feels weird & upset.

Today I was visiting Minnesota with family all the way from Texas and as a Veteran of the United States, I absolutely didn’t get the customer service and I’m highly disappointed and display with the character of Luis the manager and Juan the cook. Terrible customer service!!!

Long wait. Seems like only 1 person working. I ended up waiting a good 15+ mins to order and it took another 15+mins just to get my order. Figured it would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, I was wrong as the steak sandwich was bland. No flavor or anything. Definitely, not eating here again as there are other restaurants that will probably be quicker service and probably be more tastier.
