I went to the florence mall location. It wasn’t very clean. Instead of the great steak I ordered I got ground hamburger piled 3 inches high with lettuce. I said no onion and no tomato. As soon as I split my sandwich I see onion. I pull it off thinking a stray maybe got in there. Take one bite and all I taste is onion. The fries were grocery store bag fries. I complained and asked for my money back and they got an attitude and argued about the onions with me. I told them I wasn’t eating that disgusting crap and I wanted my money back. Almost $15 bucks and it was garbage. This is not the great steak and potato from the 90s. They were the best place around in the 90s. Now you couldn’t pay me to eat there.

Just ate at the great steak and potato Company in the Florence Mall in Kentucky and that had to be some of the worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth. It was terrible. I can’t even describe the lack of flavor in my sandwich. It was terrible. It looked like the workers had no idea how to make a sandwich. Absolutely terrible. There was a reason. I thought I didn’t go eat at the great steak and potato Company and now I remember why this food here was straight up garbage merry Christmas.

This place was absolutely terrible. I remember back years ago me and my dad would come there just for this place because it had one of the best cheesesteaks around. Now there is 2 highschool age girls who look like they don’t care cooking the food while the owner rings you up. It’s is extremely expensive, it cost me $12.49 for a regular cheesesteak and a French fry…. The cheesesteak was in a terrible bun, about the size of a hotdog bun, and was bland asked for provolone cheese got nothing had no mayo no nothing on it. Was absolutely terrible. Sad to see it going like this.

The girl at the register was very difficult to understand. The owner/manager was cooking the food in baggy gym shorts, a t-shirt that was too small for him, no gloves, no hairnet. Pulled his phone out of his pocket multiple times will handling food. My food was given to me by him saying “here”. He forgot to put teriyaki sauce on my chicken teriyaki while the chicken was being cooked, so he just squirt it all over the top of the sandwich, leaving it unappealing, runny and messy. The lettuce that he put on my sandwich was all brown.
In all seriousness, eat there at your own risk. I cant believe he is allowed to operate his business in this manor. I’m embarrassed FOR him.

Stephanie was unhelpful when I asked about a sandwich, responding with ‘I don’t know, I don’t eat it.’ Later, I discovered hair in my food after a 15-minute wait. Stephanie was rude and unprofessional when I reported the issue, and the replacement fries were not fully cooked.
