No, no. How this place got 4.1. Last time I was there is like 4 years ago. This place go down like the whole mall. I pay $19 and change for side salad and lamb gyros. The gyros bread was not cooked enough and side salad had mushrooms and they was under the green. When I got to work and started eating I have to pull all mushrooms out but I don’t have time to go back and get new one. The mushrooms was very old. Food poisoning for sure. I’m going to report it to the health department because this place have to be closed. People check what are you eating!!!

First time at Great Steak. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were closing in about 30 minutes but our order was large (7 meals, $92) and probably helped them make budget tonight. Haha.
I have one small complaint. They left something out. Since we ordered to go and the mall had closed (it is in the food court), I was not able to go back and get the item.
That said, we all did enjoy what we ordered. We had 5 Super Steaks, 1 Ruben and 1 Gyro. All were combos. There was also an order of wings.
The sandwich was very tasty and filling. The portion of fries was decent, and better than most fast food fries. We will have to visit again.

So upon walking up, the young lady that took our order didn’t initially acknowledge us. She was talking and laughing on her phone via an earbud the entire time we ordered. I had to keep repeating our order. Ok…so perhaps I should have ordered a sub because that gyro was sooo not good! The meat was low quality, chewy, full of gristle, lettuce wilted and brown, and feta cheese had a spoiled undertone. My son’s sub was good. Fries were awesome!

What ever you do don’t waste your money eating here. I came here with my family and ordered 4 food and all of them tasted bad. We ordered their cheesesteak sandwich,falafel wrap,something with barbecue meat and a chicken buffalo sandwich. The felafel was like really burnt and the meat for some reason has a really weird taste please what ever you do don’t come here to eat

Tasty wings – lemon pepper were tasty. I would have ordered a different flavor turned out great with bl cheese dressing
Philly loaded fries – stuffed in the box! So much food. Yum
Mozzarella sticks – the best version vs the other guys. Yum!!
Loaded baked potato – plenty butter, Broc and cheese
*Will order again but only if I have patience

I just ate here for the first time and it was delicious! Very fresh and authentic. They even shaved the lamb off of a rotating skewer like they do in Greece. I haven’t tried any of their other food but I highly recommend the gyro.

I ordered online through GrubHub. WORST ULTIMATE CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK, ORIGINAL CHEESESTEAK EVER!!!! I come from Philly, & this is my first time getting food from here. NOT comparable at ALL!! The rolls were small (5 inches-WE MEASURED), the steak and chicken we’re NON-EXISTENT! And, they put cheddar cheese sauce on the steaks instead of American cheese!! For $$31.29, ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Take the name PHILLY off of your menu….You don’t deserve to use it selling food like this!
