Amazing food , just not the greatest service . Service isn’t the #1 thing for me but when it comes to the presentation of the thing I’m putting into my mouth it is a little bit important …. This particular location just didn’t have it all together . They don’t live up to the great steak standards. And hey I get it , who gunna put their heart and soul into a minimum wage job , so I can’t complain but so much but I mean when u just squeeze so much sauce on a sandwich with your eyes closed that the bun in soggy by the time u walk from the counter to the table then I think we have a problem … fortunately this was not the location I had my first time visit at so I know what happens when u go to a location that is at least up to standards . But I’m afraid people who it’s their 1st time will not feel the same as they should about the quality of the food had they of went somewhere where it’s well put together

Laura at Great Steak is A+ on customer service, she took the time to greet me with a smile, offered a hand held menu, and explained the options, all delivered with a pleasant demeanor. As always, the food is terrific! I recommend Great Steak in the mall.

Occasionally we go to the mall to shop, and eat. I’m not big on chik fili anymore. Lines are way too long. I have eaten at Great Steak before. The food is not bad. The portion size is pretty above standard. The fries are pretty good as well. The price is pretty good, considering the quality, quantity and it’s within a mall. The tiny little ketchup cups are ridiculously small. The bread is mediocre as well. The steak is okay

If you place an order and ask for no mayo you will have to take it back up and when they “fix” it you will end up with almost nothing. 2nd pic is the sandwich we ended up with after bringing the sandwich back up

This was probably the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life. Unfortunately, there was no seasoning at all not even salt or pepper. Customer service was great though!

This was one of best steak and cheese subs I’ve ever had…the steak wasn’t all dried out, and had great flavor. The fries had the right crispiness and flavor. But, the strawberry lemonade was DIVINE!! I’d go there just for that!! (It was so good I totally forgot about getting an ice cream cone from DQ.)

Not sure what’s going on. After all the years we’ve enjoyed their food and service, today was not good. Took longer than normal, they got the order wrong, skimped on the ingredients, and the fries seemed like they were old fries just refried in old grease. Just tasted stale. The Pita Bread was over cooked, burnt, and crunchy. The only thing good was the Root beer. Was very disappointed. Won’t be our go to anymore it seems. Did notice there were new employees and a new manager. Hope they get it together.

Quality and prices vary wildly. Today, I got overcharged for my normal order of 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and 3 bottled drinks. When I picked up the sandwiches, one of the normal workers noticed and asked if had ordered what I was charged for. I said no, and she DGAF and walked away. My bag had cheese smeared outside of it, and 2 of the 3 sandwiches had green schmutz on the wrappers. I normally pay cash and tip a lot, but will no longer be returning.
