Fabulous burgers, but like everything else in Seattle these days, the cost is shocking. The service rates three stars because the server was okay, not good or bad, just normal, so it gets a three stars. The atmosphere also gets three stars because it is situated on a downtown street corner with no seating of its own and there isn’t even an eating counter. There a number of low and wide wooden benches belonging to the open court of the large high rise building adjacent to the burger stand, but it is nicer to eat at a table with the option of shade. The food gets five stars despite the burger size being on the smaller side and the cost being higher than I want to pay but still within current Seattle norms. So, if you want a grab and go, authentic style, and fabulous tasting burger, be sure to visit and enjoy your meal!

Similar experience to what others wrote already and it wasn’t that pleasant. Almost wanted to give it 3 stars, but I can’t even drink that shake since it’s that bad.
Burger tasted pretty good in terms of flavor, but it was pretty small for the price of $6.50. They toasted the buns with butter probably and lettuce was fresh.
Ordered a strawberry shake and arrived to hear that they are out so it got replaced with a vanilla one instead. Didn’t ask if I even wanted one and walked away before I could even say anything even though no one was there. No napkins inside my bag and the vanilla shake tasted strange like cheesecake or something similar. It was really thick if that’s the way you like the shake. Not even close to vanilla flavor unfortunately…

The burgers here are super delicious. I ordered a double with bacon and it was amazing. The patties where thick and not overcooked or charred. The service was prompt and the menu is pretty simple. I didn’t purchase a drink or fries but I think next time I’m going to get one of their milk shakes.

This is a great place to grab lunch if you work downtown! Lines can be long around 12-1pm but it really depends on the day. Their food is really good and fresh, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I wish they gave you more fries but it is probably better they don’t since it is better for my health! Also take note, they only serve Jone’s soda here, so do not expect to get a Coke or Sprite, etc. Overall highly recommend this place!

To be honest I had very low expectations going into this – I’m not usually one for burgers or super greasy food so I had avoided this place for almost a year. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. My coworker wanted to go there so I tagged along and I was blown. away. by the quality and flavor of their food. I had a single combo with a chocolate shake and it was everything I wanted and more. Their fries were probably my favorite – perfectly golden and crispy but soft in the center. The crinkle cut really keeps the housemade fry sauce on the fry which is great.
I have heard from other coworkers that sometimes the cheese on the burger can be a little less melted than it could be which causes it to slide off but mine was perfect and stayed together. YMMV, but I was happy with the cheese.
Give them a try – the attention to detail is obvious from the texture of the fries to the toasted buns with butter, this food will feed your belly and soul.

Burgers and fries were good, but stay away from the shakes and drinks. I ordered a chocolate shake, but was given a vanilla one because they were out of chocolate. When I took a sip of the shake it tasted so sour. I thought because it’s organic maybe it’s different but it smelled so bad when I opened the lid. I told the person who was working at the time, but he just asked me if I wanted another one. He wouldn’t acknowledge that it was sour or if the product was expired. Worst service. People can get dangerously sick from spoiled dairy. I also ordered a Jones soda and it was very flat.

Disappointing. Kudos for their humane animal products but it was so overpriced for what you’re getting. The girl taking orders wasn’t nice. I asked for no tomatoes but got them anyway. The veggie burger was deep fried to a crisp in a bad way… like really crunchy but not juicy or good tasting.

Eh, I was hoping for more deliciousness. Fries are great, but the burgers were not at all juicy. Kinda seemed dried out? Even the bun has a strange texture. Hoping it was just a fluke. I love having a burger place in this location. Will try again.

A decent burger place, the ingredients are high quality, though its reflected in the prices. Not too many options on the menu, but if you want a good burger, much better than fast food options. Nothing special though. That can be long lines during the lunch rush so you can order ahead.
