Whether you want a shake after a workout, or you are looking for an alternative meal replacement; you will never get bored with the variety available. I bet you could get a different flavor every day for three weeks easily. Looking for flavored teas or a protein coffee? Looking for friendly people? This is it. Rita (owner) is warm and inviting. Her knowledge about healthy protein and commitment to good health is so needed in every community. She offers support and encouragement if you are working on weightloss goals, and truly is a cheerleader for your journey that every person needs. Staff Nicole and Toni are top notch and after a couple visits you are part of an awesome group of friends. Its a place that everyone knows everyone, and all are welcome. On any given day you don’t know who will be there when you get there, but you leave smiling and happy every time.
