What a buffet for a small town! Fried fish, fried chicken, meatloaf, roast, taco bar, salad bar dessert bar. All of it is extremely good except the rolls were a little stale.
It’s in an old pizza hut building and that brought back good memories as well. Highly recommend this place!

First time eating here and last time eating here. So many issues. Server to busy gossiping to pay attention to her tables. Fried chicken was dry. Ham dry and flavorless. Shredded cheese in the salad bar was moldy.
The fried fish, fried ravioli, rolls and meatballs were good.

Good option if you are looking g for a country cooking buffet. We stopped in on the way to Mark Twain Lake for a quick bite. Something for everyone. I was a fan of the catfish, they get a special top dwelling kind and you can tell the difference. Meatloaf and fried chicken was good as well.

Amazing. I had the Meat Omelette oh I can’t praise this enough. So tasty Huge delicious. My husband had the buffet. He said the chicken was better than Kfc,Popeyes,and even better than Homemade.The fish was flaky,and very tasty. Give this Small Town Restaurant a try,You definitely WONT be disappointed.

Have been several times and it’s always great! The roast beef and pork are always tender and delicious. Would love to see mac & cheese or au gratin potatoes on the buffet. Or maybe I’ve just missed it when I go. Will def be going back.
