Great Lakes Pizza

Just ordered a pizza and wing combo with a small fry. First off I asked for crispy wings and got wings that were barely cooked. The wings are BBQ on the pit, you can’t even taste the BBQ sauce itself. The pizza was also undercooked and the price you pay for the small amount of fries you get isn’t worth it. This was my first and last time ordering from them.

My coworkers and I order lunch often and are never disappointed! Their salads are (at least the ones I’ve tried) a nice mix of lettuce and spring mix, not just iceberg. I get an antipasto. They are very generous with the toppings. Idk if all salads come with garlic bread but the one I do, does (or possibly because its in the lunch special). I like being able to add cheese to it (they ask) which prevents me from feeling like I’m being a PITA, requesting it. We’ve ordered everything from pizza, subs, tacos, salads, specialty French fries and enjoy it every time. Everything we order is always correct. There was one time with a hamburger. The menu does say “Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Lake Erie Burger.” I ordered a hamburger. I assumed because I didn’t say CB you had to ask for cheese on it. My friend who it was for did tell me “say no cheese.” I didn’t listen to her and said I ordered, (her dealing with this at other places, she knew to be specific) and when we opened it…cheese. I called back and explained. It seems they get very few requests for burgers w/ out cheese so best guess, its part habit. They did remake it but I felt bad my friend had to wait for the remake because my stubborn self didn’t say “hamburger no cheese.” We’ve ordered probably 100x’s of times b4 this and after. I just give details and they get it 100% correct. That says a lot about the management as well as staff here. If getting a lunch special, don’t forget to grab your pop. They also have punch cards for a free lg pizza as well as one for subs. Place is always very clean anytime I’ve come in. The parking lot as well, which is near the thruway and we all know how SOME, love to litter. Top notch service and ingredients, they aren’t skimpy makes for repeat, happy customers.

Found this place engine looking for a place to have lunch with my wife. Really enjoyed the food and since we were visiting from out of town decided to come back with the kids one more time before we left. We really enjoyed the BBQ wings cooked on the pit and the quality of the pizza. The subs were also top notch. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Stopped in to order a LCP to try before a storm hit- was able to pick up a sheet CP for a discounted price (weather was bad and customer cancelled pick up). Was a very good pizza!! The ratios were perfect, good sauce- we will be back!

We ordered some burgers and slices a little bit before close. There was a mistake with the burgers. By the time we noticed the mistake and tried calling, they were closed. The next day they quickly resolved the issue. I’m satisfied with the accountability. Food is great. Will be back.

Excellent pizza albeit a tad bit greasy with the cup n char pepperoni. But it was easy to pad some of it away. Loved the crust and the cheese was ooey gooey and chewy. Very good.

Never disappoints , extremely consistent . Food is always fresh and never messy or greasy . Same goes for the inside of the place very clean . I wouldn’t say it’s the best in the world but it’s a nice place to have in the area I come often

This place is so inconsistent! There have been so many times our takeout order has been wrong. I never complain or call but it’s frustrating. It’s not hard to get an order right! Today’s pizza had way too much sauce and was barely cooked. I asked for well done. Just over this place. Waste of money
