Would be a 5-star review, but be careful of pricing. We were told Bloody Marrys were $4 on Sunday. When we got the bill, the Bloody Marry was $4, but the shot of well vodka was an additional $3.50. Otherwise, the food was amazing and the service was great! The fries are seasoned to perfection, and the Ruben is one of the best. 10/10 would recommend this place if you are in the Dundee area. There are tons of craft beer options and a very good variety of different food.

Drove 40 minutes for this one. Was suggested by a friend. No, wait, got right in. We got nachos for the appetizer, and they were quite good. Plenty toppings, it was fresh, seemed like a good value for the cost. The chicken was cooked perfectly, but there was no seasoning what so ever on it. There was not much honey mustard on it, so I had to ask for extra. The French onion soup made me want to check my thyroid. It was ineditable and returned. Way to salty! The deep fried shrimp were ok.

Cold fries, $25.00 for a few pieces of blue gill. The cole slaw was so old it was soggy and it had zero flavor. I then changed it for veggies. They were freezer burnt and gross, caked in garlic to cover the freezer burnt taste. If your charging $25 for a meal, shouldn’t you be serving FRESH food??? I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Our 1st and Last visit. The bathroom floors are so nasty and gross with black grime. The wood floors in the restaurant look like are never cleaned. I would hate to see the kitchen. Then they want to charge a $3.99 up charge on basic sides like a salad and onion rings and you can’t get a baked potato before 5 pm. Do not waste your money here.

Food was great, I had the shrimp wrap and the shrimp were perfectly cooked and not over done at all. I also had the beans as a side and they just kinda tasted like canned beans so that wasn’t as amazing but was expected. The biggest issue was cost. Most meals were in the $15 dollar range, not too bad. Also side salad was an adder so i skipped that for the free side of beans. I guess it was the hidden costs that you don’t know about until you get your receipt like “3% Kitchen” that bothered me the most. Do better. Just add it to the food price so we know how much it is going to cost. Beer selection was amazing, I was not drinking, but I would go back just for the beer. Wait staff was very attentive.

Was really impressed, I almost gave them a perfect score. Nachos were good but soggy. Jalapeño cheddar bites were good. Surprisingly the baby back ribs were really good. Was with a group of 8 and no one had a complaint. Food was a little pricey but the beer was cheap. I will eat here again the next time that I’m in Dundee. Follow me for fair and accurate reviews. Always trying new restaurants in SW Michigan/ NW Ohio.

Came here for supper while staying at a hotel for a few days. Food was great, prices reasonable. Only major issues was that our food took a little while longer to come out than we anticipated, and every single TV was set on the same channel/basketball game.

We were passing through the area headed home from vacation and stopped in later afternoon. The menu items were unique and the place was welcoming and comfortable. The food was great. My husband had a burger that was perfectly prepared with seasoned fries. I had the pot roast with gravy over potatoes. The gravy tasted home made and not canned like you would be served in most restaurants. The only thing I would change about the dish I ordered would be the bread that is under the potatoes, beef and gravy. I’m not a fan of bread and it was not in the description on the menu. There were two pieces and it soaked up much of the gravy that I would have preferred over the potatoes and beef. If it were listed on the menu, I could have asked for them to omit the bread from the dish. I still gave 5 stars because the food and service were both excellent quality. I will visit again when in the area.

I love this place! Good menu in general, but the seafood options are fantastic. The perch and walleye are great, but the fried bluegill fillets — which are notoriously hard to find at a restaurant — are unbelievably good! Before this place, I haven’t had them in 30 years and they didn’t disappoint.

We were very surprised by the giant portion sizes. The quality and flavor were on part with the portion sizes as well. The only thing that wasn’t large was the price tag. A fair price for an amazing meal. Service was also outstanding. We will definitely be back for more.

There’s a lot on the menu, but nothing inventive extraordinary. I had a grilled chicken wrap, and the chicken was dry and flavorless. My kids didn’t like their chicken chunks, either. The fries and the service was phenomenal, though. It’s a great place to go if you need quick, average, bar food!
