First time trying this place out after passing by numerous times over the years. The price doesn’t justify the quality and portion size of the food. I got a large plate, with a drink that totaled $32 even. Being the only Mongolian bbq in the area within a 30 minute drive has its benefits to attract a crowd, but other places have this place beat, in pricing, flavor, and amount of food you get. Food is fresh and hot, given its cooked right in front of you, but you don’t have the option to choose the amount of sauces you want to add to change and customize the flavor to your specific flavor. Would be nice if rice was included with the total amount but unfortunately it’s not unlike other places. Food was served in a to go type box , so if you don’t finish you can take it , to go.
Would I come again and buy from here again? Probably if I’m in the area only.
Would I go out of the way to eat here again? No way.
Overall a decent place. Would recommend to try at least once.

To be honest I didn’t eat there. I haven’t had a great Khans in a long time and it was always good. The problem is I walk in and a ” large ” bowl, which is the same size as the old regular bowl is now $27. It can’t be that good ever. That was a hard pass. Too bad.

I went in and ordered a large combonation and didn’t receive the soup and rice that’s supposed to come with it. I paid full price and when I went to the staff asking about the rest of the meal, they literally talked to each other and excluded me from my own question being answered. Then when I sat down they decided to tell me they “didn’t have anymore rice” and left no room for compensation or refund, not even offering me the soup. My boyfriend ended up having to talk to manager who literally took my order and basically went “Oh you didn’t order the combo” despite handing me a drink and telling me to get my sides at the end of the line prior. Literally just dismissed me and acted extremely rude. A group of people sat down a little bit after us and one of the staff rudely told them to basically get out despite it being 10 minutes from closing and plenty of other customers still eating…
When I went through the line it was filthy and disgusting, the meat wasn’t even in the metal tins it was in a plastic tub on top of where it was supposed to be. They cooked my food on the grill which was extremely dirty and there was burnt food all over the bottom ledge of it. I would be shocked if they even cleaned it off once a day, the food leftover on it looked very old. It was 20 minutes before closing when we sat down and the staff acted annoyed with us eating in the restaurant. I went to eat my food and my beef was very unappetiziing looking, basically just covered in all fat. The vegetables were hard and inedible. I’m not kidding when I say I have never felt instantly sick after eating something. I had an upset stomach as soon as I stood up to leave and felt sick for hours after.
Also just want to add- I think it’s kinda crazy to charge extra for things that are normally included with your meal. I’ve been to a few Mongolian BBQ spots and soup/drink/white rice has always been free… Extremely over priced, cheap, gross food not worth your time served by people who don’t care about cleanliness or being hospitable.

Went here looking for a tasty lunch to be met with rude workers a super packed house and sorely disappointing food in quality, quantity, and flavor for how much money it was. Bland flavor too much oil and not enough options. The starting bowl is smaller than it seems. Tread carefully when eating here.

A nice spot for some good diversity of food in the mall. Good selection of meats to choose from, rice and noodles with many vegetables to choose from. Get there early if you like rice with your mix. The noodles are solid. Customer service is top notch, helpful from beginning to end of service. Best thing is that they are next to the Ninja Expo. Shop till your hungry and grab some lunch before or after your purchases. Get some with some friends or a few family members.

Too loud, too packed, too expensive, not at all tasty sort of bland. AND there was plastic in my food. I told the worker and he didn’t have much to say but when I asked him if maybe this came from a bag that was from the frozen veggies or meat he didn’t deny it and said oh yeah maybe. I gave him a high eyebrow raise and tilted my head kind of like that’s bad business and I think he knew what was up and I left. Also, I think they violate a lot of health and safety codes… We all touch the tongs to the food and that’s spreading lots of germs instead of hanging one or two people use the tongs with gloves and serve the customers. I asked the guy to rinse the tongs because this lady wasn’t just using them to grab her food but rather push it down on the bottom part where you grab the food with her fingers because she was trying to press down her gigantic bowl of food. Guy saw this and I had to ask/mention two to three times for him to go wash the tongs. Oh my goodness…. So gross! And dangerous too with me almost eating plastic but thank God I didn’t!!! I just spotted it in my food. LUCKILY!!! The lights are so dim in there!!!
Overall bad experience. My husband hated it and didn’t finish it and I took a few bites as well. Bleh!!!!
Oh also, it costed us $32 for two people. Regular size (the middle) size I believe it was.

This place is always sooo good! When you make your bowl right and pack it with protein and mix that with the veggies and those delicious orange noodles!!! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.

Me and my coworker went for our lunch. The last two other times are food had tasted salty but today it was overly salty to the point that I could eat it at all. First off too much salt is not good for my health. I did let the staff know and was offered rice to mix but it didn’t make a difference. Spend $20 not too eat and couldn’t go anywhere else so i am hangry starving. I was not offered a refund and felt that I spent for not able to eat or enjoy the food.

A massive grease bomb without flavor. Yes it is a fried noodle meal, but when properly done the result is not sitting in a pool of oil. If you are going to get colon cancer, at least make it an enjoyable process.
If that isn’t enough to dissuade you, also know they are not all you can eat.

The owner just had to be stingy. They are more worried about the money rather than customer retention.
Plastering signs saying if you fill the bowl too much you’ll be charged extra? That’s how you LOSE business. The ability to fill the bowl as you please is literally how your business model works. If you want to control the portions then hire someone to run it and fill it for customers. But you won’t.
This place is my weekly go to for food after a movie but I will no be rethinking it.
The mall is already a dying industry and caving to price increases is not the way to run business. Take an economics class. When prices go up, the number of customers decreases.
