This was the first bakery we stopped at during our trip and we will be coming back for the breakfast sandwiches. My wife and I had the breakfast sandwiches on sourdough and they were so fresh and delicious!
I highly recommend coming to this bakery the next time you are in the downtown area. They also have fresh muffins, cookies, and savory biscuits!

The bread pudding was the BEST bread pudding I’ve ever had. Like… EVER.
Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal. The shop is cute and convenient – really great it’s right by the Max and not far from the buses. It’s a must stop whenever I’m doing things in downtown.

One word, amazing!! We needed a place that was open early and luckily found this place. Everything was perfect. The cinnamon roll was fresh out of the oven. Warm, fragrant, gooey center with slightly crispy edges. The pumpkin muffin was moist and super flavorful. Then, the breakfast sandwiches and sunrise roll hit the spot. Hot and fresh, cooked to order. We enjoyed all of it. The customer service was excellent, the employee was helpful, patient, friendly, and easy going.

Best bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had. Now this is coming from a New Yorker who understands a good bacon egg and cheese. The place is real home town America looking, which I like. Wholesome. Breakfast sandwiches are served until 10:30 am. You step up to the register and order your meat, cheese, bread selection, and spread option. Even a veggie if you want that. What came was not just visually appealing, with the thickness of the eggs and symmetry looking like a work of art. The taste was beyond what I thought it could be. I’m here, 2 more days. I know what I’ll be eating until I leave.

I placed a special bread order for several Oregon herb loaves since we don’t have a GH in Seattle that will do this. I was coming down to visit a friend and was able to get my favorite to take with me back home and I’ll freeze/thaw and enjoy it until my next trip down. Everyone is awesome at the location and super helpful and accommodatingn for special orders.

I have been meaning to try here for awhile and finally found the time today. I got a club sandwich with the brown bag lunch, a Marion berry scone, and a chair latte. The bread on the sandwich super tasty well balanced sandwich. Good value for the lunch. The scone was scrumptious. The Chai latte was nothing to write home about just from a mix. I’ll definitely be back.
