Delicious all the way around! We found the perfect spot for an amazing little meal. You get a sample of their fresh bread with butter We were there for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. What a nice little place for a treat downtown!! Awesome job Great Harvest

The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin was PERFECT. Great menu selection. Great foid. Friendly staff. Waited for a while (30 minutes) for breakfast sandwich but they had just opened…staff were apologetic for the wait.

Just the smell alone as you enter the bakery is amazing! The bread even better. We actually visited here twice while visiting Idaho Falls and found their Asiago Sough-dough and Rosemary to be so flavorful and my husband absolutely loved their snickerdoodle cookies! We also bought a loaf of their berry bread which was loaded with berries and had a great almost cake like texture. The service was prompt and friendly and they even gave us a generous slice of one of their sample breads to sample! Although I wish I we had this place close to us all the time, it is probably better for my waistline that we do not!

Recently purchased several gift baskets, and Schyler helped ring me up on the side so I didnt have to wait in the lunch line, and then helped carry baskets out to my car.
I’ve never had a bad experience here, and am grateful for all the hard and kind workers there.

I had a hankering for some gingerbread cookies; and theirs so not disappoint! Soft with a great ginger taste! Paired it with eggnog for a seasonal sensation! Customers in front of me were having a hard time deciding what to get when an additional employee emerged to take my order at another register. That’s good service! I was even offered and accepted a slice of bread. I miss when I.F. had more than one location.

My husband and I go to Great Harvest regularly for coffee and breakfast on the weekends. I have to avoid gluten and they have a delicious gluten free flatbread that makes it so I can enjoy many of their sandwiches. My husband loves the fresh loaves of bread and it’s so nice that they give you a complimentary thick slice with your order. The atmosphere is lovely and much more warm and inviting than some other locations that we have seen. We’re so glad Great Harvest is a part of downtown Idaho Falls!

I am never one to leave bad reviews… I love great harvest bread and my husband and I have been coming here for a while, but today I was shocked by the disregard for customers and overall terrible service. We ordered two sandwiches, and it took 50 minutes to receive them. BUT it took them 30 minutes to tell us that they were out of the sandwhich I ordered. So we sat waiting while others that ordered before us got their sandwiches (no apology from them), because they ignored our order since they didn’t have the stuff to make it!? Then even after I told them a new order it took them 20 minutes to get our order out! Here’s the kicker… they made us the WRONG sandwiches. I am flabbergasted as it is such a pleasant place, but this left me very frustrated.

We LOVED this place!! Great Harvest is all around me in Utah, but it wasn’t until visiting IF that we finally gave it a try. And SO happy we did!! They have so many good hot & cold sandwich options. We shared a chicken bacon ranch grilled sandwich and a pesto turkey grilled sandwich both on the Asiago sourdough. Both of them were delicious!! They also give you a complimentary bread slice of your choice with every purchase. The cinnamon bread was divine. Next time we are there we want to buy a loaf to make French toast with. I genuinely wanted to try every single baked good again this place, but had to hold back since I don’t tolerate gluten very well (oops). A week later we also got to try the pumpkin chocolate chip bread which was some of the best I’ve had. So many good things I could say about this place. The only downside is it wasn’t the best location to dine in. We got lucky getting a table but I’d recommend getting your food to go if you have somewhere else to eat.

We love great harvest. We go there all the time and the service and food are always great but my experience was awful. I called my order ahead 15 minutes before I got there and said I would like it asap. I paid immediately upon walking in as no one was in line and I was expecting to wait 5-10 which is no biggie. I paid I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting. When I walked up to the counter to ask. I could see my food siting there and no one bothered to tell me it was ready. I live 5 minutes away and my hot sandwich was barely lukewarm when I got home which leads me to believe it was siting there for a while. And to top it off. The Cuban sandwich was missing the pickles as well. When I called back to voice my concerns I was met with a rude response of “ so do you want a refund or what?” Like i was wasting their time calling in.

Excellent food and service from deliscious sandwiches to pumpkin chocolate chip bread. I used to really love their blue cheese dressing on their salads but they no longer serve the dressing. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5*.
