Uber Eats messed up my order and assigned 4 different drivers, who each kept the order, then it switched to finding a new driver. I live about 5 minutes away, and it was coming up on over an hour that my food was sitting and waiting, the next driver arrival time was another 48 minutes out. I had enough and drove over. They were so friendly and helped me to get the Uber eats order canceled and made sure I could get my food, even though uber eats was being super difficult. Food was very good and they were so kind and helpful despite the uber issues

I’ve spent so much money here and the food was terrible. I then came there and complained about it. They refused to listen then the guy who cooks there had an attitude and started yelling in his language. Then I proceeded to walk around the store and I discovered cockroaches (dead in the corner walls). There was mice in the bathroom along with mold in the floor and underneath their stoves. I told them I’m going to call codes and the lady begged me not to call code inspectors. I recommend no one eats here. You might of gotten sick and didn’t even know their place looks like this. Worth of food and I honestly wished I would have made a fried bologna sandwich instead. The absolute worst Chinese take out ever. This place deserves an award for being the worst Chinese restaurant in the Syracuse area.
I had the General tso and crab ragoon. The egg rolls were burnt and greasy. The crab ragoon came in a very thick dough that was raw and very chewy. This was disgusting. I get it’s Chinese takeout so my expectations is already low but there standards are even lower. People please if you value your stomach stay clear of this place.

Very disappointed. Ordered House Special Fried Rice. Didn’t taste like it had been fried. Rice was kinda soggy. Maybe 10 small pieces of onion, a few small pieces of pork and chicken and tons of peas and carrots. No taste. Sweet and sour Shrimp was under cooked. Batter was not fully cooked and again, no flavor.

Pretty sure everything we ordered was frozen slop dropped into the deep fryer. Egg rolls and dumplings were 50% dough and tasted like bread. Beef was rubbery and tasted like plastic. For the price, there are much better options in the area.

I got my delivery and fast! The price was fair, I could not eat it… Something about the way it tasted made me think of bad plumbing. The wonton soup tasted like the stomach acid of the animal they stuffed inside the noodle. The general Tso chicken had a styrofoam texture on the inside but looked absolutely delicious on the outside. It was also marinating in a sauce with a stinky after taste that needed to be chased with ginger ale soda.

After accepting my payment for delivery, the restaurant threatened to cancel my order of Vegetable Chow Mein and pork fried rice unless I gave them 2$ extra in cash on delivery. The delivery menu has the pork fried rice as a 0$ upcharge. They want me to pay for their mistake in pricing and charging and refused to fix their mistake with the delivery service. Below is a picture of the order screen and of what they ripped me off 7.35$ for the fake Vegetable Chow Mein. I’m never ordering delivery from here again or the chow mein, and neither should you.

Got a large portions kungpoo chicken and soup and 3 pork egg rolls. Great price and filled me up. Went in mid afternoon. So no wait for other orders. Very good food A+++. Friendly and nice lady. Will go again.
