I wish I could give this zero stars… Let me begin by saying that the Chinese restaurant that I normally go to is closed on Mondays so I made a hasty decision because I was hungry after a long day to get my regular order of chicken chow mein fun and hot and sour soup from a different Chinese place. First of all when I walked into the place it smelled so badly of grease that while I waited for my order to be finished and paid for it. I came home smelling as if I was in their restaurant four hours. I started with the hot and sour soup and I could tell that it was premade and not homemade or original. It just had a sodium liquid taste to it. Then I moved onto the chicken chow mein, fun and right away. It tasted just like the grease smell that was billowing out of the restaurant. It taste like it was made in the same pan with the same grease as everything else in that restaurant. I was so hungry And since I spent my hard on money on it, I sucked it up and ate it and told myself it wasn’t that bad… I was about a third into the chicken chow mein fun when I unpleasantly bit down on what looks to be like an open part of a staple Or some small metal piece. Mind you when I first started eating this I thought it tasted very much like metal. After biting down on the piece of metal when I opened my mouth, it’s scraped the side of my cheek and now I have a cut on my cheek. I took a picture of it and I called the great Chinese place and they were very nice but they offered to make me a new meal and I respectfully declined because I can’t trust that I won’t get another piece of shrapnel in my food. Ultimately, she offered a refund so I told her that I did eat the hot and sour soup so I would be OK with paying for that but as far as the chicken chow May fun goes I would like a full refund because I will be tossing the rest of this. I’m honestly so sick of these places just being dirty and not well kept yet they’re taking our money day and a day out and their places is disgusting inside. I will never give them business again and will continue to go back to Lychee Chinese, which is the best one in this entire town. And if it’s Monday and I’m hungry, I’ll be ordering from anywhere but this place. I’ve never been into something and had a metal object cut the inside of my mouth. I don’t even know if I should go get checked or what not because it looks rusted on the one end and now I have broken skin from it on the inside of my mouth. I’m beyond livid and so incredibly disgusted.

Nothing but disappointment the last several times I ordered from here! I got the chicken teriyaki combo with extra sauce. The sauce had no thickness runny as water, so runny my rice was floating in it! The egg roll was under cooked as well. I do not recommend ordering from here!

I had several bad experiences here, like not even receiving the right food, in the past. I decided to give them one more try, and I really wanted Chinese for my birthday dinner….. As per the attached photos, I requested no onions or mushrooms in anything. I dislike mushrooms and I’m very allergic to onions. It’s like they went out of their way to put an entire onion in my food. I had to switch dinners with my husband as a result. Neither of us were happy. The wonton soup was disgusting, couldn’t even eat that because it was rank and old. I should have just set $25 on fire.

I had an experience this evening of tasting the steamed dumplings for the first time. The dumplings came with a rich soy / teriyaki sauce, and I added a dab of their hot sauce packet to each bite. Wow! Why did I never know of this before! Anyhow…I have ordered from here many times. The food is always great, the service is fast and smooth, and if I have it delivered…the delivery people are so nice! I honestly give them a gold star!

Y’all haters be trippin’ and I mean that from my soul. Having previously lived in Boston and Pittsburgh, it sincerely warms my heart to find such a gem in our local neighborhood. Disclaimer: we have only tried their takeout, both over the phone and through their website. Both ordering processes were quick and easy. The sesame chicken was good. I recommend pairing with white rice to let the chicken shine. It is a little sweet for my palate so if you like a milder sweetness, try General Tso’s. Do yourself another favor and order extra rice on the side to soak up all that sauce. IMHO the real winner is the Chicken Pad Thai. We were also impressed with the Chicken Teriyaki (chicken-on-a-stick) and Crab Rangoon starters. My husband is less adventurous and usually sticks to Chicken Fried Rice. He’s a picky man and prefers the rice a little more well done, but it’s no problem for him to throw the rice in a wok or cast iron and finish it off the way he prefers it. Better to “undercook” then to serve crispy, dry rice, and it’s also better for reheating. Similarly, he’s picky about his chicken fingers but appreciates that they were clearly homemade, as were the rangoons. Everything was fresh and perfectly fried. Good portions. Fair prices. 10/10 will be ordering again.

This place has the best dumplings I’ve ever had in my life, I have tried dumplings from every other Chinese place and none of them have ever compared to theirs in my opinion. I live an hour away from here now and every time I come to town I buy dumplings from here. Every other dish I’ve tried from here is also delicious. They are my favorite Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. I wish I knew how they made them or I wish I could just buy them in bulk swear to God . They are also just very friendly people. They always make sure you have everything you need. Great customer service. 10 out of 10 will always eat here and recommend it to anyone.
