My fiancé and I came up here with some friends to celebrate our engagement. We had all just ridden the bull, and my fiancée knocked over their sign by an accident and he actually picked it back up and then the bull security guard actually punched my fiancée in the bottom right side of his face and he was knocked down on the ground. Our friend Alayna was so upset from it, she was shaking. He was just dancing having a good time with his friends. When we tried to confront the other security guards at the front door, they said “we were too drunk”, and should probably just leave.” We have had a total of 2-3 mixed drinks each in the 2 hours we were here. I’m very upset and trying to understand what just happened. Don’t come here. Their own security guards just want to start fights for no reason. N E V E R coming here again, and NO ONE I know will EVER come here and spend a dollar. I would strongly suggest NOT coming here unless you just want to get punched in the face for no reason. They have some serious problems going on here with their staff. I will be trying to find out more about this and press charges if need be. They do have cameras.

I frequent here. It’s relaxed and welcoming to all. Drinks are fair priced and well made. Live bands are entertaining. Mechanical bull, indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty space to park. Fridays are light. Saturdays brings more traffic. Quite enjoyable.

I been a few times. The manager is super nice and friendly. Most of the bartenders are really nice and make great drinks. My only complaint is regarding one bartender who constantly charges me more for my drinks although I’ve been enough to know the prices. She has even tried to charge full price during happy hour on a few occasions. Last night I was charged double for one vodka and pineapple when it’s normally cheaper. I’ll update my status after I visit again to put a name on the snobbish bartender.

I wasn’t a fan. We went because my friend wanted to try the line dancing and the bull, but It was disappointing. The food was terrible I ordered the fried green tomatoes. They were so bad. I asked them to please make me something else and then I ordered pizza which was also horrible while we were waiting for the food. Me and my friends were eating the pickled onions off of the fried green tomatoes, a bartender then said you’re not going to get your food if you keep eating the food that’s there. I was like you’re throwing it away. We like pickled onions. Are you gonna give it to somebody else? terrible service and the drinks were just okay. I wouldn’t spend my money here again and wasn’t happy I spent my money the first time

I really wanted to love this place. It has a very unique layout, a very limited menu, and plenty of space, TVs and bars inside. My biggest complaint would be the men’s room where the floor was filthy and wet, the urinal is leaking, and there were no paper towels to wipe your hands with nor was there any soap in the dispensers. We ordered food and it was delivered on time. The food was prepared well and very tasty. The frog legs were tender although there was too much batter on them and they lacked any flavor at all once you removed the batter. The dry rub chicken wings were excellent. I also got a caesar salad that also included the very hard bitter parts of the romaine lettuce. The ribs were excellent. Our server was notchalant. He seemed to be doing dual duty running the bar as well as being a server. They were out of the jalapeno cornbread and they only have one rack of ribs left. This was around 7:00 p.m. and there was less than 10 people there.

Wife and I have been to this restaurant a few times over the years, typically for special functions / events, but last night we went to see a band we like. Each time we’ve gone, we’ve ordered different things on the menu… and so far, we haven’t found anything that tastes very good… except their french fries. However, the prices are reasonable (especially if you go during Happy Hour), so at least there’s that.
Also on the plus side is the staff, which is plentiful and friendly. Parking is plentiful too.
The room where the bands perform is kinda strangely laid out and not very “cozy” feeling. The volume the bands play at is purposely elevated (too much for that room IMO), so it’s hard to relax when you feel your teeth vibrating continuously. Fortunately I had some ear plugs with me, which was a Godsend.
Good news is… the dance floor is big. Bad news is… it seems sticky / not smooth… so it’s difficult to dance on… kinda like trying to dance on a rubber mat.
Halfway through the evening I noticed the paper towels were empty in the men’s room (there were some earlier). A member of the Ranch’s staff (security) was at the bathroom sinks with me, so I mentioned the absent paper towels, and asked who I should mention it to. He kinda chuckled and said he’d look into it. I don’t think he did because the towels remained empty the rest of the night and I saw him hanging out near the dance floor much of that time, even bussing a couple tables. Not a big deal the paper towels weren’t replaced… just a little odd.
I wanted to like this place, but we just didn’t feel that comfortable there (really loud music, sticky dance floor, off-tasting food). It’s a very popular spot with young adults… I guess they’re the targeted customers …and the reason for all the extra security staff on weekend nights.
We’ll probably go back from time to time for events / functions, but not to hear a deafening band again while trying to dance with our shoes stuck to the floor. And when we order food, we’ll likely stick with a basic hamburger & fries. Hard to mess those up… I hope.

It is a great place to go dance. A wide variety of music I’ve been there for live bands as well as DJs never ate there only had drinks and danced. And the variety of people is amazing. It’s from 21 year-old to 80-year-olds and they all party and dance together. It’s amazing.

We came for happy hour and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of food we got for the price! Most appetizers were only $5, and well drinks were only $3.
We got the buffalo chicken dip, chicken tenders with fries, and the soft pretzel sticks. All of it was delicious!

Good place to go for live music. Dance floor is kind of small to medium in sized. You’re competing with the line dancers.
Haven’t eaten there yet. Can’t rate the food.
