I ordered a taco pizza for my self and another pizza and cheese sticks. They completely got my order wrong, I also waited 2 hours for my food. Paid $50 for a complete wrong order and tipped the driver $15 for the delivery. When I called the guy said that there was nothing he could do to fix the problem and that they were closed and not taking anymore orders.

Decent food but nothing spectacular and the poor customer service could potentially shut this small place down. Ordered $75 worth of food, ordered through Doordash because I don’t believe they deliver. When I got my food I found they completely forgot the pasta I ordered, gave me a pizza that had a piece eaten out of it! When I called them they tried to say it was the doordasher that ate the piece yet I had to remind them that they put a “Checked for quality” sticker on the box which would have been torn if the driver ate the piece. The poor lost girl asked me to hold and another lost girl got on the phone. She asked what kind of pizza it was and when I described it she said it was a worker that made one for themselves and accidentally put it with my order! So that right there tells me they aren’t actually checking for quality like the sticker says or they wouldn’t have slapped a sticker stating that on a box that was missing a piece! This new lost soul on the other end said I would need to file a complaint with Doordash to get my missing pasta…yes amongst all this I was still completely missing the pasta! The girl said the pasta was there just never made it to my order! So the employees completely forgot an item, made themselves a pizza and ate a piece, slapped a quality sticker on this box, gave it to Doordash to deliver to me and then wanted me to file a complaint about Doordash!!! The girl said since I ordered through them they didn’t have my address and wouldn’t be able to deliver the missing pasta!! So getting my address over the phone must not be possible with this place or their workers?? Instead of banging my head against the wall I decided to drive to the location to retrieve my missing pasta and when I explained it to the guy in the store he said…..we could have delivered it to you!!! I told him what all was told to me and he looked dumbfounded!! The worst part about this group of workers is they didn’t do anything…actually they didn’t even try to do anything to make it right or make up for their mistake!! So needless to say this place will be marked off the list and for anyone that goes the route of choosing this place….Good Luck!!

I had heard the pizza was comparable to Casey’s. So decided to give it a try. It tasted good but the hand tossed crust was wafer thin. I would hate to see how thin the thin crust is!

I decided to try this place again, and I have to say I really like the stuffed pizzas. It’s a bit like a calzone but flatter and easier to eat. Unfortunately the pizza tends to stick to the box because they don’t use wax paper liners.
Their prices are very good with coupons (easy to find online) and the website/app is serviceable. I hope they continue to invest in improving their online system (from functional to awesome)
Service quality varies, but the staff has always been friendly and apologetic whenever issues arise. Hiring more staff might help, but then the price would likely go up too.

Update!! So I called to take them up on the offer of free pizza to make up for last time. They refuse to deliver the pizza which defeats the entire purpose of showing me they are any different.
Well I had seen the other reviews but I felt that I would try it anyway. I waited just minutes shy of two hours for my pizza and bread sticks that I was told would be out in 45 minutes. The pizza was warm and the cheese was solid. The same with the bread sticks. I am giving it two stars because the pizza tasted ok even just warm. Given the other reviews and comments from the driver I do not think I would recommend until they get delivery times figured out.

I’d like to know what possessed you people to unleash this Holy hell of a pizza on our town? On your box it says “You can’t fake quality” and yet you do.
I ordered 3 pizzas and was told my order would be ready by 6:55pm. My pizza was not ready until 7:30pm.
Then when I sat down to eat my first slice I was met with a flavor that I can only describe as warm cat food. That’s a bad thing by the way.
I do not feel good about my purchase and I’ll never be eating Great American Pizza again. In fact I’m put off of pizza for awhile.
I sit here this evening worried about how my bowels are going to feel later. Am I even going to make it out alive?

Originally hadn’t tried this place even though they’ve been in town for several years. Honestly decided to try them because of their BOGO offer on Facebook.
So glad we did. We ordered the large, thin crust, supreme and a cheeseburger pizza that we added on bacon. Both were extremely good.
We ordered pick-up and when I arrived there was one slight glitch, it seems that their delivery driver accidentally grabbed one of our pizzas by mistake and left one of the ones he was supposed to be delivering. The staff was extremely apologetic offered to give us our one pizza free and a coupon for a separate BOGO offer or to make a replacement pizza. I haf time so in less than 10 minutes they had our missing pizza remade.
Not only did they discount the amount (already discounted by the BOGO offer), but when they brought our pizzas out to the car, they gave us the other pizza they said they’d end up throwing out. Talk about customer service! The sauce and crust really make their pizzas some of the best in town and they are competitively priced.
