For some reason they posted a sign on the door and a large banner inside the store advertising a deal on wings but they would not honor the price even with the sign in the lobby they just said “ya i dont know why they put that there”. No offer to match the deal or anything. Anyway mediocre pizza not particularly fast but they are slightly cheaper than other places.

5 dollar GAP at the end of each Tuesday is a treat for my family. We stand in line for about 10 to 15 minutes and it is worth it. The pizza is delicious and cooked perfectly. Customer service is awesome!

Second order. Pick up. We were given our order after an extended wait. I wish we would have checked boxes but, I figured we had a fairly small order so didn’t think there would be an issue.
We were missing a whole pizza. We were given an empty box with no pizza in it. Additionally, we had ordered 8+ sauce cups that were not with our order.
After returning the store we waited about 20 minutes to get assistance at the counter. There was not an acknowledgment that the store made a mistake nor an attempt at an apology.

Was my pizza late? Yes. The owner was here, sleeves rolled up and working hard. They’ve had tech and supply issues any new franchise location can run into, that is outside their power to control.

They didn’t make our pizza correctly, it happens frequently, but when it’s good, it’s good.
Typically get the phoned slammed down in my ear after placing a to go order, it’s commonplace.
The service could def be friendlier.
Also, the owner is abrasive, needs to take a PR class.

If being rude and interuptive to customers is how you celebrate customer appreciation day then I dont want your product. You don’t care about your customers. Terrible service. Low on staff. Low quality pizza. Go somewhere else or wait until they find a new owner who actually cares about their business.

Good pizza at a decent price. They just need to have their employees follow some sort of dress code. Nothing like ordering pizza and having some yahoo with nose, lips, eye brow and cheek pierced. Was more like ordering pizza from a Carnival ride operator than a pizza place. Good god. Also, they act like a bunch of clowns in a three ring circus…
