Grazie Grazie is a hidden gem! I’m so happy they have a location in Ballston now ! I stopped by and ordered one of their Italian sandwiches, and I’m still thinking about it. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the fresh greens added the perfect crunch, and the flavors were perfectly balanced—savory, fresh, and just the right touch of seasoning. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every bite. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion was generous. The staff was friendly, the vibe was cozy, and everything felt fresh and made with love. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!

Solid Steak & Cheese Despite a Few New Location Quirks
Headed over to the new Grazie Grazie in Arlington (Ballston area!) on Friday after seeing a post in my foodie group raving about their steak n’ cheese. The ordering system is straightforward enough, though it would be great to have options for adding extra cheese or double meat. I went with the original steak n’ cheese with Cooper Sharp, mozzarella bites, and a soda.
They were a little backed up with getting food out, which is understandable for a new spot – everyone working was super friendly, though! My steak n’ cheese came out first, and the mozzarella bites followed a bit later (about 5-7 minutes). Appreciated that they were fresh and hot, and the marinara sauce had a nice little kick to it – that cheese pull was definitely satisfying!
Now, the main event: the steak n’ cheese was good. Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of seeded rolls, especially this one which was a tad on the firmer side. However, the cheese (and I can’t believe I’m saying this) was plentiful and really solid. I do wish the bread was softer and that I could have added double meat.
Despite a couple of minor hiccups (they even ran out of bread as we were leaving, but the staff handled it really well!), I’ll definitely be back to try their pizza next. This is a nice addition to the Ballston food scene!

This white sauce pizza was so fresh and huge! The crust had the perfect crunch, the sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. Every bite was delicious, and the size alone made it feel like such a good deal. Definitely something I’d order again.

I got the turkey sandwich and it was perfect. I added cucumber for some freshness and some bacon and wowwww. ( you do have to ask the staff to add it the system won’t let you) The turkey was fresh and flavorful, piled high without being dry, and the toppings were crisp and bright. The bread was soft with just the right crunch on the outside, and everything was balanced so well not one flavor overpowering the other. It felt fresh, filling, and like it was made with real care. Easily one of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve had in a minute. Will be backkk!

Wing review. Meat cooked perfectly. Those wanting extra crispy should state their preference. Good size. Sauce was Mambo Italiano, did not stick well to the wings and was a mix of Mambo and marinara? mostly Mambo, slightly spicy, taste 6.5/10, will try another sauce next time. Bleu cheese was 10/10, perfect.

The taste of the food is the only saving thing about this place. My order is always incorrect but my most recent visit has me considering if I’ll ever be back. I did an online order of the meatball sub. I go out in the freezing cold to pick up my sub just to find out they have no meatballs. I was not offered a refund or a discount on my order and was just told I could pick another sandwich. I didn’t really want another sandwich. I put a phone number on my order, and if my order could not be made, why would they not call me and offer to refund my money before I made it all the way over there? Then I had to wait for a sandwich to be made I didn’t want. They at least could have offered a cookie or something for the inconvenience. The customer service really needs to be improved here.

Tried this spot for the first time, and the taste was great overall. I had the Retzo sandwich, and the flavor really stood out—fried chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. The only thing is the Italian sesame bread felt a bit dry toward the end, maybe could use a bit more sauce or moisture to balance it out. Not sure if they can toast the bread, although that may not help for the dryness..
The waffle fries were excellent, honestly what I wish Chick-fil-A fries would be like. Each bite had a satisfying crunch without being greasy.
It can get a bit pricy, but I’m pretty sure that’s just the location and quality they’re using. Overall a good experience, and I would get the sandwich again. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

Grazie Grazie is an amazing restaurant from the cleanliness to the customer service is top notch , i had my doubts but as soon as i stepped in the restaurant i was greeted and treated so well, Leo gave me a hand on ordering ,and jakie always makes sure everything is right on my order they made it so easy and simple , my questions were answered and she was so nice as soon as i recived my food you can tell its quality food off the batt,

Delicious! We tried the Vodka Saucy sandwich and the buffalo chicken one and both were amazing. We also tried the mozzarella cubes and loved them. Inside the store was extremely hot though so we sat outside. No water cups either would be great if they offered paper or recyclable/compostable cups for water.
