This is an elevated neighborhood Italian kitchen that’s ideal for date nights, celebrations, and anyone who appreciates chef-driven comfort food with thoughtful presentation.
What stands out immediately is how polished the experience feels without losing the warmth of a local favorite. The menu is creative but approachable, the pacing of service is steady, and the kitchen clearly pays attention to detail on every plate.
On this visit we had the chargrilled oysters, steak frites with truffle fries, pasta with marinara and meat sauce, and a creamy chicken dish over sweet potato mash. The oysters were rich and perfectly broiled with parmesan and herbs over toasted bread. The steak was cooked a true medium rare with crispy, well-seasoned fries. The pasta had deep, slow-cooked flavor, and the chicken dish was surprisingly memorable with the sweet potato base and creamy sauce working together really well.
A small area they could improve is menu readability for first-time guests. There are a lot of great options and a few highlighted “must tries” would make ordering easier.
Parking and access are simple, and the overall value matches the quality of food and presentation.
I would absolutely return and recommend Grazia to anyone looking for a higher-end Italian meal in Alvin that still feels comfortable and welcoming

We have eaten at the Pearland location and this location is closer to us and did not disappoint!!! Service was amazing! Food was excellent! I didn’t get pictures of the main course (Texas Red Fish, amazing dish) or bread pudding (oh good graces!), but the wood fired gulf oysters (highly recommend), and Apple Bruatta Salad (highly recommend)

Having just moved to Alvin, we wanted to try some local flavor. We stopped in on a Friday evening and every table in is this intimate restaurant was full. The Pear-fection was tasty. We had the oysters to start, followed by the standard but delicious fettuccine Alfredo, mike & Jen along with a side of Brussel sprouts. We ended our visit with the special bread pudding and ice cream. Our food server was busy but attentive and there was ancillary staff to help make our meal enjoyable. We’ll certainly be returning.

Called a reservation for five and had a great dinner with my family from South Carolina. We enjoyed a quiet dinner with lots of delicious food. The staff were friendly and location is clean, lots of parking spaces.

My wife and I ordered take out through Door Dash after hearing great reviews from friends. Our appetizer was wagyu meatballs and they were tough. Our lasagna was dry but has a nice flavor of thyme. We had sides of pancetta risotto and macaroni and cheese. The risotto wasn’t creamy, had no pancetta, was not cooked all the way through and the mac & cheese was bland. We had high hopes for the meal based off the high-end ingredients and prices but were quite disappointed in the meal we received. Unfortunately, will not be recommending this business in the future.

We have been here several times and every time we come we sit with Crislynn ( sorry if I misspelled) she is the sweetest and most attentive waitress! We love her and SHE is the reason we keep coming back! Prices are great and the wine selection is phenomenal! We are so blessed to have this little gem so close to home.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here tonight. From the moment we sat down, the service truly stood out. Our waitress, Courtney, was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. The bartender, Alexa, even stopped by our table and was incredibly personable. She spoke so genuinely and passionately about the General Manager, Chris and the positive environment he’s created, it honestly moved me to tears. You could tell she feels truly blessed to work here, and that says everything about the culture behind the scenes.
Now for the food… the tomato basil soup was ah-mazing, comforting, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. My husband ordered the Meat-a-Baller and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was, so of course I had to sneak a bite (or three). He wasn’t wrong!
We’re also excited to see the upcoming expansion into the neighboring space, especially with plans for live music and karaoke. This is such a great spot for Alvin, Texas, and we can’t wait to come back and see it grow.
Highly recommend!
