The place is more on the newer side with classic decor. There’s plenty of room and it has a good location in downtown Turlock. The service was all very nice and I was quickly seated. Prices are actually low relatively speaking.

We came in around 6:30 and they closed at 8, but the service was still top tier. Our waitress was so fast and attentive (I wish I remembered her name!). She made the experience great. Definitely coming back!

First time trying Gray’s in downtown Turlock. The salads were delicious, recommend adding jalapenos and avocado to enhance them. Jalapeno poppers were delicious as well, just not spicy at all? Still very enjoyable.
Flying dutchman was not what I was expecting, I guess I expected grilled onion and sauce and got a very simple dish instead. Still, I would come back for the salad.

Had the Philly & fried zucchini and my friend had wings & tots and we split the deviled eggs. Philly & zucchini was good! Deviled eggs were good too! Tots were nice & crispy. Didn’t try the wings but my friend said they needed more flavor. Good experience, food & service. I would recommend

Great new addition to Turlock’s Downtown. We made a reservation for a group of 8 and it was ready when we got there. We ordered an array of appetizers and food and for the most part it was all delicious! For appetizers we got buffalo wings and fries, jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks. All were solid but the wings and fries and jalapeno poppers were my favorite. It seemed like each jalapeno popper had a full piece of bacon wrapped around. The burgers and patty melt that were ordered were all delicious! Only constructive criticism we had was the spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t your typical spicy chicken (we expected a fried chicken sandwich) so it was a bit underwhelming. The other was the nachos. nachos for the kids menu was as expected, chips and cheese, but the adult nachos were nachos fries, not chips. If it would have said nacho fries, it would be a perfect description. Both menu items say nachos, but one chips the other fries. that being said the “nacho fries” we got with the grilled chicken and they were super good! The Salad was good too. All in all we will definitely be back!!! Happy to have another spot to eat downtown.

Went here with a group of friends from work to watch football. They were very accommodating and got us a table for our group close to a tv. The food was great, the atmosphere is perfect for watching football. Not too noisy, you can still talk but also celebrate, laid back atmosphere. The service to get our food was a little slow, but it was a busy Sunday so that was expected and understandable. Definitely would come here again!

Gray’s Tavern just opened this week. We stopped in for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is friendly, the bar is beautiful and the food is delicious! We tried some appetizers: deviled eggs, and bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. Mmmm! I had the salmon Caesar salad, and my husband had the chili fries Flying Dutchman. Both were delicious. We will be back!

The most brightly lit tavern I have ever been to. It was like having a night out in a grocery store. Gray’s also had the stingiest drink menu, felt like I didn’t have enough to choose from.
The food was cafeteria quality at near Bay Area prices. I felt fleeced. My husband noted that the sauce on the wings was actually spicy though. Service was attentive but not smothering and the bathrooms were clean. A real mixed experience for sure!
