Very good restaurant serving American fare. The salads are a nice size and seasoned well. The lunch portions are large and very good. The tuna bowl served over rice was very refreshing.

Well there’s isn’t much I can say bad about this place! The vibe was great! Music was nice! Sender our server was very attentive, and a great help with navigating the menu for us. Right off the highway makes it even better! We got the calamari (cooked perfectly! Every. Piece.)
For our entrees we had the fish special. Chilean sea bass. *chefs kiss baby!
A side of the potato gratin
And the roasted Brussels whaaaaaaat!
(The only suggestion I can make about that dish is that prosciutto should not be cooked. Either swap it out for a pancetta or even better just drape some shaved pieces over the dish. Yummm.)
For dessert because we had to literally force it. We had the cinnamon sugar donuts. Just get them. Even if you’re full.
All in all the entire dinner was delicious! Definitely will be stopping again when we are traveling through!

Great spot. Stopped for lunch. Good Bloody Mary. Generous wine pour.
Brussels were very good. Very thin bacon and an interesting and tasty yogurt.
Sesame crusted Tuna tacos were very good. The wasabi dressing is spicy so be aware.
Goat cheese salad with Salmon was good as well. Salmon was cooked perfectly to medium rare.
Place has lots of covered outdoor seating which was great. Recommend. Wish we lived closer to try again.

This is a classic New American style restaurant in the Fairfield- Southport area. Large dining area including a bar. Service is fast and efficient albeit not professional. The atmosphere is classy countryside with fireplace. Food is a bit of a hit and miss, with excellent appetizers and drinks but poor main dishes like the salmon with poached eggs I ordered for brunch. The eggs were hard boiled and the smoked salmon texture felt mushy like previously frozen.

I love the atmosphere we were seated next to the fire. The drinks were amazing and I recommend the chicken flatbread and bang bang shrimp bowl. The chocolate lava cake didn’t have that traditional gooey chocolate on the inside but was still really tasty

The service was absolutely amazing – the price, quality of food and service are excellent. This is a must come to restaurant if you are in the area. The drinks were great and the burger was phenomenal. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. Our server kept checking on us and provided excellent recommendations. Right next to Equinox Southport. This is a must.

Sweet, cozy, yummy, Countryside atmosphere with fabulous, delicious food. Staff is very helpful. Creative menu. The meatballs are a meal in themselves and are a HUGE MUST! Grab a stool at the bar or sit in one of the enclosed but outside seating areas w heaters. Or sit near one of the 2 fireplaces. 5☆ ambiance tucked away with plenty of parking next to the building or just across the street.

Lunch stop on a road trip up north. Had their special of the day, shrimp scampi with zucchini spaghetti. Small portion just enough for me. Husband had a Cobb salad. The grilled chicken in it I found them in the dry side. Felt like having chicken jerky. Daughter had a bang bang shrimp poke bowl. The highlight of that was the warm coconut rice.

Service was great. Our waiter introduced the special very clearly.

During a five-night stay in the area, I ate here three times. It was delicious. I loved the bang-bang shrimp bowl and the shrimp and clam scampi. So good! I also enjoyed the salmon wrap with sweet potato fries, though it wasn’t as great as the other dishes. While the food arrived quickly, the wait staff did seem overwhelmed, especially the bar. It took quit awhile to get a cocktail. If I’m in Southport again, I’ll definitely eat here again.
