We stayed at the hotel here for a weekend in January so we came to the bar in the evening once and breakfast a couple mornings.

I didn’t get any pics from the evening but we had a few of the small plates to share: olives and almonds, wings and brussel sprouts. The flavors and taste of all of these was good. Our cocktails weee good as well. The bartender and manager were both personable and attentive.

We had the yogurt parfait and an omelet for breakfast. Both of these were good as well.

We had coffee too and that was good.

The bartender/server for breakfast was friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere here is really dependent on the other patrons but it’s casual and friendly for sure.

Prices were what we were expecting. We did have some credit to use as well.

We had enjoyable experiences each time we were here during our stay.

If you’re in the mood for a flat iron steak cooked perfectly or a really tasty burger, go here! This is a hidden gem downtown Nashville. The steak was portioned and cooked perfectly. My wife had the burger topped with bacon (looked more like pork belly!) and Tilamook cheddar cheese, homemade bun and a nice thick beef patty. We’ll definitely be back.

Gray & Dudley has such a unique vibe, part restaurant, part art gallery, which makes the atmosphere really stand out. The menu feels thoughtful and creative, with dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. The cocktails are well-crafted, and the service team manages to be both friendly and professional. It’s a place that feels a little elevated without losing its laid-back Nashville charm.

Dinner at Gray & Dudley was a standout experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elevated and welcoming, and the hospitality genuinely sets the tone the moment you sit down.

The Tennessee Slow Burn cocktail was exceptional. Smooth, warm, and thoughtfully layered. It was clearly crafted with intention and ended up being one of the best bourbon based cocktails I have had in Nashville.

The burger deserves its own praise. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, rich, and indulgent without being overdone. Simple, confident, and executed flawlessly.

Add in an attentive and engaging bartender, excellent service throughout the meal, and a space that feels curated rather than pretentious, and the result is a restaurant that absolutely delivers on every level.

Gray & Dudley is now firmly on my must return list and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Thank you Katie for making my experience so memorable.

Pretty restaurant. But the servers seemed stretched thin so the service was nice but very slow. Food wasn’t as good as we had hoped. Duck biscuits were a little too salty.

Chic and slightly extravagant.

This sophisticated bar boasts stunning decor and exceptional cocktails. In addition to beer, wine, and seltzers, there’s a diverse food menu. Conveniently located within the Bankers Alley hotel (by Hilton), it features an impressive art display and is easily accessible via the alleyway, just steps from the cellar bar. Perfect for a date night, a casual drink with friends or colleagues, or for hotel guests seeking a top notch bar experience.

Really liked this place. Great food with lots of good flavors. Dry aged steak was cooked perfectly and paired so well with the chive mash and asparagus. Had a bite of the chicken too and it was super moist and seasoned well. Service was amazing. Cheesecake and cookies were also so good. Really liked the lemon mousse on top of the cheesecake, something I haven’t had before. Also, in a really cool location with the hotel gallery. Somewhat spendy, but it’s a very nice place! Definitely recommend!

We didn’t have reservations because our original dinner plans fell through for a birthday dinner and they made room for us! They staff here are absolutely incredible!
The atmosphere is stunning, anyone who enjoys art and history should absolutely check out their galleries at the very least.
The food is so well thought out and evolved, the pairings elevated each dish perfectly. We had a party of 5 and ordered the dry Aged steak, the Market fish (I died), the Duck, the half chicken and a myriad of sides, asparagus, potatoes, the french onion dip, the Brussel sprouts – even if you don’t like them, order them because you will like these. For dessert we split the Blueberry cheesecake and cookies. Hands down my favorite meal I’ve had in Nashville.

I was staying in the 21c hotel, in Nashville, for work and I’m so glad I ended up in this restaurant for the last night. The convenience of it being an elevator ride away was awesome, but more than that, it was a top tier place to eat. This was the evening I had dinner but I also had their breakfast. Both times was phenomenal. The night I had dinner, it was a last minute reservation and it wasn’t very busy. I didn’t know what to expect but the service was good, the wine and appetizer was delicious and my entree was tasty. I’d recommend this place even if you aren’t staying at the hotel.

We came for cocktails and wound up getting some appetizers on their happy hour deal. The cocktails were great, the food even better. The Brussel sprouts were so good it should be a crime. I would drive back the 4.5 hours to Nashville just to get them again. They were thst tasty.
