Very nice and laid back place. Tyler the bartender was very kind and made us feel welcome. He made a tasty lime-ginger mocktail called the “Stillwater Spritz”. He also provided great menu recommendations. Loved the sriracha brussel sprouts and buffalo wings. Charity in the kitchen is a stellar chef and she was so sweet when she brought out our food! We will be coming back.

We ordered the mango habanero wings to share, I had the steak sandwich and my husband had the classic burger. My sandwich and the wings were great. Our server was friendly and attentive. Prices were average, around the $20 mark.

On a recent trip to Durango, I stopped into Gray Copper Tavern planning to just grab a drink, but I ended up staying for dinner—and I’m glad I did. The vibe is super relaxed, and the food won me over.
The pub pretzel is a must-order for the table. It’s huge, warm, and perfect for sharing. And seriously, save room for dessert because the giant cookie skillet is incredible. Definitely recommend adding the ice cream on top—it takes it to another level.

Great place to eat and relax after a day out hiking and exploring Durango. There is something for everyone, and all our meals were delicious. Bartenders are fabulous and the service is top-notch! Definitely stop by if you are in town.

Breakfast was good, welcoming front desk staff clean room.
Restaurant table wasn’t clean and server given us silverware with some food gunk on the silverware NASTY so we asked if they had any plastic forks they did have some we used that to eat are salads the salad had some spoiled leafs the burgers were burnt
Took awhile to get are food only 4 other people in the restaurant
A young couple that order after us got there food before us 17 minutes later we get are food
Hopefully the restaurant improves the next time we stay here at Holiday inn

Absolutely terrible. Dinner service was ok. Had to wait 20 minutes for a water, then was asked if I needed a menu. Following morning prepaid breakfast, no one to be seen in the restaurant. Stay away!! Waste of money, hopefully they go out of business. Not sure how they stay open.

Jordan is an amazing bartender. Have traveled in a couple times and by far the best experience my wife and I have had. Was very organized and lively. Our cocktails were the perfect pour. She was very polite and had great customer service and a smile to greet us. Looking forward to see where this new restaurant goes with her! Recommended our friends stop in for a drink with us!

Stayed at the hotel several nights and stopped by the restaurant several times after work. The food was actually really good. They have a great burger. Service was awesome. My only criticism would be the food takes a while to come out, even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
