Alrighty. First, what a cute place! Second, the service and food were spot on. Love how the huge glass doors open to bring the outside in. So…much…space. Enjoyed lunch here, ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the lemon chicken kale salad. Winning! I can only imagine how busy this place gets late in the day. The bar is so fun and the covered outdoor patio looks like a great place to hang with friends.

First time here and OMG it was awesome. Came to celebrate my birthday with the hubby (I just wanted it to be lowkey) and it was so nice. We got seats at the bar and a great parking spot. Started off with a Baja Sol and a Vibe Check. Both were good, ordered the naked wings and they were crispy yet very juicy and yummy with the various sauces on the side. After that we ordered the Pork Bolognese and the Shrimp Spring Roll Salad. The bolognese was rich and almost buttery and the salad was a good size and tasted so fresh. Loved it. I ordered a Pink Pony Girl drink without salt (tbh I don’t like salt in my drinks) so to all my Chapell Roan fans…hint hint 😉 it was fruity and sweet, very good. Will definitely be back!

Dog friendly spot. Chill vibes with indoor and outdoor seating. We came for lunch on a Friday and it was busy but still plenty of seating and good service.
Drinks: Gin fizz and raspberry lemonade
Food: tikka masala pot pie and margarita pizza

My girlfriend and I came to Gravity Heights for brunch and this is great. I had the Smoked Brisket Hash—loaded, savory, and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. She went with the Fried Chicken Sandwich, stacked high and dripping with flavor under those runny eggs. Zero regrets.
I kicked things off with the Chamoy Guapo, a spicy-sweet masterpiece that’s basically the love child of a margarita and a chili mango lollipop. Nancy’s Espresso Martini was silky smooth and exactly what a classy caffeine cocktail should be. We sat at the bar and talked to Ryan the bartender—cool guy who gave us the insider scoop on parking.
✅ Pro tip: There is parking—don’t let the initial chaos fool you. Look for spots on the street or in the lot next to Shake Shack.
Also—major bonus: this place is dog-friendly on the patio and outdoor bar area. Great vibes, great music, and friendly staff who’ll probably treat your dog better than your cousin’s wedding caterer.
We’ll definitely be back, probably with Lina, Nancy’s dog.

I’ve been here before for dinner and happy hour in Sorrento, but this was my first time at the mission valley location. I came this morning for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The service was great, plenty of parking, and the restaurant itself is very cute and has an open concept. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.
Food review:
2 egg breakfast: (5/5) I love a simple breakfast and this definitely hit the spot. The potatoes were flavorful and crispy, the toast was perfection with the butter and jam, and lastly, the bacon was cooked to perfection. You can’t eat a simple breakfast.
Gravity burger w/ Caesar salad: (5/5) It was cooked to perfection, a great portion, and one of the best salads! Definitely worth a try.

This is my favorite place to go for birthday dinners, football, brunch, and happy hour. Delicious food, awesome drinks, great service, amazing ambience, and memorable experiences. They have happy hour every day and the cast iron cookie (with ice cream and oreo cookie) is to die for! I’ve included a picture for you all.

We had an amazing experience at Gravity Heights’ Mission Valley location! Having visited their Sorrento Valley spot multiple times and loved it every time, we were thrilled to find the same high standard here.
Our meal started with Chicken Wings and Tuna Tostada as appetizers, followed by Chilaquiles and Pork Chile Verde for entrees, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte Donut Hole for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, with flavors that were perfectly executed. The Tuna Tostada was a standout for my husband and me, while my mom couldn’t get enough of the Pork Chile Verde.
We also enjoyed two Bloody Beer Marys, which were a great addition to our meal. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient—which added to the overall experience.
The restaurant’s bright, clean, and modern ambiance makes it perfect for any occasion. We’ll definitely be back with family and friends!

Quaint hidden spot! My friend and I came to have lunch here and I was amazed. At first upon entering it seems a bit strange as to where you may park because it looks like an apartment complex. However, I asked one of the employees from the restaurant and she stated anywhere near the front area was fine even if the spaces had numbers on them. She stated they used to be apartments but they no longer are (at least the building in front of the place) This place does seem to get busy quickly as well. I ordered the Demi More Burger with Cesar salad. They give you the option to do either or, or half salad and half fries. My friend ordered the fish tacos with fries. The burger meat I asked for it to be cooked medium rare. Upon taking the first bite, it was truly delicious, super tender and flavorful. I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend.

So happy we came here on their second weekend! This is an excellent addition to Mission Valley and the best beer bar in the area. They have over a dozen house-brewed beers and a great wine list, as well as a full bar. The atmosphere is thoughtfully chill, with plants, AstroTurf in the backyard, and dopamine-design bathrooms. It’s giving “your new community backyard,” great for a chill date or a family.
The service was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Ken, our server, was friendly and ready to give helpful suggestions.
Highly recommend the wings with golden mustard! I’ll be thinking about them all week.

When I’m in San Diego for business, this is one of my favorite hangouts! Gravity Heights. it’s near the San Diego Mission Valley area. I love the hazy IPA and I love the Mexican lager. Let’s not forget about the food. The tuna tostada is one of my favorites in the city.. I apologize for not getting a picture of it because I was so excited to eat it. I just completely forgot to. this time I tried the enchiladas that were on the menu. They were just OK. I thought they’d be better, but the sauce was really rich and heavy, and I was in more of a light appetite mood. My business associate had the spring roll shrimp salad with peanut dressing and chili crunch. She said that it was really good and then I talked myself into the cast-iron skillet deep dish, chocolate chip cookie with vanilla gelato, toffee, and chocolate sauce paired with that Mexican lager, it was to die for.
Service is always friendly, professional, and prompt. As you can see from the pictures, it’s a trendy, fun lit atmosphere that has both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have happy hour and they host large events happy hours as well. I also noticed that it was very pet friendly.
My only complaint about this brewery is the parking it can be a tad challenging. Fortunate for me I always look for the beat up white Subaru that looks like it’s been hit in the back by a freight train. It typically has parking around it.
If you can find parking, I highly recommend checking it out. The happy hour prices are great. The staff is super friendly atmosphere is delightful and the beer is better than all of that combined.
Cheers
