How do you go from a three star to a five-star? Terrence Scott, the manager. Terrence handled my situation with compassion and care. Customer service truly is the backbone of any business. With his personable attention

I was here recently with a group of friends and we had a nice time! The food and cocktails were both really good but nothing unique or out of this world. It was overall a decent experience and I would come back again when in the area, but would probably prefer trying somewhere else; I’m not going to seek it out.

In town for the Beyonce experience and ran into a bad experience at the Grant Park Bistro. Running in to grab a quick bit before the show. I figured since staying at the La Meridian Hotel, I’ll check the in house bistro out. I ordered the Sourdough Grill Cheese. I asked for it without tomato and Mayo, of course it arrived with both. I sent it back and the server immediately catches an attitude saying he can’t fix it, but I inform him it was a mistake on there part. He eventually took it back after several rounds of going back and forth several times. The above picture is what I received.

We were there for brunch, and our waitress was prompt and took our bottomless mimosas. When we finished our first bottle, she remembered that she hadn’t taken our order. When she did, I asked to have the granola brought right out. That didn’t happen. It can with the rest of the order. She came around took our 3rd order for mimosas after we finished and asked if we had gotten our food yet. The food was good, nothing too great. The location is great.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves up delicious food quickly and has a great atmosphere, then you need to come here! What really sets Grant Park Bistro apart is their lightning fast service. Despite how quickly they get your food out, the quality is never compromised. Each dish is prepared with care and the flavors are perfectly balanced.

From the moment we arrived none of the front staff looked friendly and it took a while to be greeted. We asked to sit inside as we knew it was going to rain. The hostess said that the only table available was a small high table right behind the greeting station. Interesting since there were many other tables available in a different section of the restaurant. We said we would wait for another table which she said should take 10 minutes. A little while later we were called and escorted to a table OUTSIDE. I told her I had asked for a table inside, so guess what? We got the small high table with really uncomfortable stools.
