My husband had the pork chop sandwich — crispy, seasoned perfectly, and full of flavor. I had the cheeseburger, and it was exactly what a burger should be: juicy, simple, and delicious. Our sides were just as memorable: okra and fries for me, and potato salad and fries for him — everything fresh, hot, and clearly made with love.

This review is long overdue. It started a few weeks ago when my boyfriend had been looking for some real home cooking and came across Granny’s. He was pulling into the lot and was immediately welcomed. He had been traveling quite a bit for work, so he didn’t have much time to get oriented with people, but at Granny’s he made lifetime friends who made him feel at home. The very next day, when I flew out to visit him, he told me “I want to take you somewhere”…well, he took me to Granny’s! I was also welcomed and very well taken care of. The food exceeded my expectations of real southern cooking. If you get the chance, this is the place to stop and grab a bite to eat, you will not be disappointed. I have not been to any other place where I felt this welcomed and left with a full stomach satisfied, other than home. I’ve also made lifelong friends that I plan to come back to see in the future!

If you have to come all around the world for the best homemade southern food, this is the spot! It’s the best chicken I have ever ate, you ain’t got a choice but to lick your fingers when you’re finished! The two Queens in the kitchen putting their and soul up in that food . My boys were fighting for the last piece of chicken. The price is unbeatable and you’ll get a new menu every day, it wont get boring!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if possible, keep that delicious food coming ladies.

Stopped by with my bf late night and the food and hospitality was thank you for i order the Philly cheese steak and loaded baked potato all for 20$ reasonable price and the food is delicious cooked right there on the spot yall did that im from Chicago and i love a good Philly cheese sandwich it makes me think of home definitely going to come back and try something else and send my coworkers to you too thanks again @daveyvsryan on ig #foodisporn your going to be posted to my page gkt and im definitely going to recommend ppl to come and eat there

Being born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, it’s not often that I find good Southern Soul Food in this area but I’m always looking for the hotspots and I’ve found one that I will forever patronize. I haven’t had homecooked fried chicken like that since my grandma and the mac n cheese was very delightful. The hot plate special is unbeatable for the portion sizes/price and it comes with a drink/dessert. If you haven’t given them a try, you won’t regret it when you do.
