Went in one morning to grab a quick coffee and a couple donuts before work. The place was clean and pretty calm, even with a few people ahead of me. The staff was polite and didn’t rush anyone, which I appreciated. I tried a glazed donut and a chocolate one, both were fresh and not overly sweet. Coffee was decent, nothing fancy but it did the job. Prices felt fair for the size and quality. Overall it’s a solid donut shop if you want something simple and reliable without a lot of fuss. I’d go back again when I’m in the area.

One of the most inhospitable coffee places I’ve ever visited. It seems as if you weren’t a regular you weren’t worth working with. I asked for a drip coffee, it came with cream not black. When I said I must have mis ordered and would happily pay for another, the woman pushed a coffee across the counter while rolling her eyes. I assumed that she was giving me the black one she just pored. When I started putting sugar in, she once again rolled her eyes and said that’s not yours. I informed her that she pushed it across the counter to me. She rudely informed me that it wasn’t mine. NOT THE KIND OF FRIENDLY SERVICE ONE WOULD EXPECT! Although she was as sweet as pie to regular customers. NOT A WAY TO GET MORE REGULAR CUSTOMERS. If not a regular avoid this place like the plague!!!

They used to be really good, but something has definitely changed—maybe new ownership? I ordered a chocolate bar donut with white cream, but as you can see in the picture, the cream is invisible. The same goes for the other three I bought. On top of that, all the donuts were old and stale. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Had the taste for some of their delicious donuts today but couldn’t get them due to me arriving at 8:15pm. Apparently this location closes at 8 but the time on the website says it closes at 9pm unfortunately. The time needs to be updated on the site. I was really looking forward to them.

Not a dine in coffee shop with donuts. This is a donut shop that serves coffee. My office destroyed 2 dozen assorted. There are 3 chain shops within 5 minutes and I choose Granny’s everytime, driving past 2 of them to get there. You will make someone very happy bringing them Granny’s.

Customer service this morning was very rude! I normally do not leave reviews but this was not a pleasant experience on 11/10/25 around 8:35 a.m. I came in to get 2.5 dozen of donuts to take to my child’s class for a birthday celebration and ended up leaving without any donuts due to staff attitude. I even ask if she was okay this morning very awkward from the moment I step inside with her. The encounter was not right.
Granny’s donuts has been the only place I go for donuts since they have been in High Point but this morning, I left without any and went to Donut World in Greensboro to buy donuts which is out of my way but, I refuse to buy from such disrespect this morning.
