We came for the nostalgic. Ordered my ‘usual’ I use to get all the time, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. With a sweet tea. Honestly, it was just as I remember. It’s not high end quality but it was good. Guy at the front was very polite. Please don’t let this place close. I’ll be coming more often to do my part.

Most Grandy’s locations have closed permanently. It’s probably for good reason. I went to this franchise for the first time in 1991. The quality has gone downhill considerably. The employees are inattentive and not focused at taking orders correctly. The food quality has suffered dramatically as of late. I can’t recommend anything at Grandy’s anymore. I only try one every 6 months. It takes that long for me to forget the bad experience and try them again.

Few Grandy’s left. Saw this one and had to give it a try… Staff was awesome, food was good, tables nice and clean. place was clean bathroom clean to use. If you have not been to Grandy’s give it a try. Chicken fries steak was good. Love their mashed potatoes and white gravy.. I am not so much a brown gravy kinda guy… so i can not tell how the brown gravy taste. But if the white gravys good I am willing to bet the brown gravy is good too.

Terrible quality of food. Chicken Taste it like it was sitting for hours and it was extremely dry. Call the sides were blend and cold. The soda fountain in the dining room was not working, the restaurant looks and feels like it has not been updated since the early nineties.
Avoid at all costa this place needs to close down already..

I really want Grandy’s to succeed . We still love Grandy‘s rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken fried steak. I patronized them today and my roll were hard . And I am so disappointed. I just hope they get better.

I Ordered A (1 ) order of just Grilled Chicken. For my Dog. She gave me the price of $4.29 . I said that’s fine. I was checking my Bank Statement the next day. And they charged me. $9.29 ! I called them. And the mngr. Said. Too Bad ! We do not give money back. Watch your receits ! Right Then ! BAD MNGT ! She even seen it was supposed to be $4.29 ! Do NOT TRUDT THEM ! PLUS IT HAD SO SPICY ! MY DOG COULD NOT EAT IT ! So $9.29 to GRANDY’S for CRAP !! AND DOUBLE CHARGED !!

The guy at the window was very friendly and offered great service. The food was delicious. I got a double steak meal with brown gravy and a 4 pc tender meal with Mac and green beans. Both plates were fresh and tasty. The order came out quick and accurate!

I went there today and ordered in the drive through, now I ordered the nuggets mac and cheese and fries, my husband got a chicken fried chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes!!! The mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes should’ve been put in a different container and the option was never offered to us so by the time we got home, the containers was soggy and food was wasted all in the bag!!! I called them and this manager or so called had the nerve to tell me to drive all the way back there(I stay by forney) to have them make it again and I should’ve asked for it to be packed different!!! You are paid to do this!! Thats what good customer service is!! The rudeness in the management voice have me here because now I dont want your food or anything you touched, I have to call my bank and stop payment because its absolutely no way they are getting a dime of my money after that experience!!! Im pregnant and you expect me to drive 30 mins to take the chance of yall doing it wrong again?? No!!! This place should’ve been shut down but im calling the BBB first thing Monday morning!!! Because I had to wait so long to eat cause I had to buy from a different place, i got sick, this is not ok because my unborn child could’ve been affected behind me having to wait so long to eat, it was my first meal of the day because I was craving them but never again!!! Im telling everyone, stay away from the place with horrible customer service and trash management!!!
