Remembered to update again. Tonight I had the smashburger and chips with the onion dip. It was great. Hand pressed burger meat. The patties are thin but there are two- more than enough for me!

We are trying their breakfasts – omg. Best sausage gravy ever, biscuits are stellar, sausage is great! I had the Grandview Smash Biscuit with a side of gravy, and my hubby had the double biscuits and gravy and 2 eggs. Come try it folks – it puts Tudors to shame!

Doordashed a meal – and once again fantastic. I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich, fried Cheese Curds, and the Mediterranean Salad. All delicious. I love the BBQ Pork and will definitely be having that again!
All great. Low key modest diner with various types of food. My hubby got a burger and said it was good. I got the fried tomatoes (of course!) and the Greek salad. The salad was an impressive surprise. Beautifully prepared with fresh, crispy veggies and all the trimmings. We can’t wait to go again and try other foods. The adjoining ice cream parlor looked intriguing but we didn’t have time for dessert.

Checked out Grand View National Park, and was ready to eat, no food offerings at the park, but this establishment is right at the town off! Definitely home grown, American fried food. Everything was tasty and crispy. Definitely plan to finish your meal as anything you save will get soggy. Had a great meal and would definitely stop in again, groves are reasonable and food was tasty!

I’m not a local so maybe I’m just picky and not used to this style but other places around here are very good, but this ain’t one of them. This place is ok, just ok. I ordered the chicken and dumplings special which took forever to get along with 2 hot dogs, 20 minutes is too long for that and the place wasn’t busy. The dumplings had no dumplings, shredded chicken on a bed of mashed potatoes with gravy. I thought I’d get some great dumplings but was sorely disappointed. The price for the food was fine, no complaints, the menu had a good variety for everyone. The Mac and cheese bites were cheap and not worth it but the dogs were very good. The paint job inside the place is horrendous someone needs to fix that.

This was such a great find. Warm greeting when we entered, superb recommendations from the menu, and refills on our drinks without having to ask. Shared cheese curds for our appetizer and couldn’t choose between which dip was better: the marinara or the ranch. We had THE best smash burger and Philly wrap we have ever had, and substituted fries and waffle sweet potato fries – they were both fantastic. Wish we had room for dessert because the selection of pies and cakes seemed endless, and also they had a great selection of ice creams! HIGHLY recommend.

Very good catfish dinner. Service was good. Pricing was fair.Lots of locals and families which says its good. Only issue which was no big deal, I wanted to get ice cream several folks in line and only one person serving. I’ll be back!

Perfect food while not breaking the bank. The Special was stuffed peppers! The best ever!! Don’t forget the loaded fries and a bacon hotdog! Our waiter was one of the most polite young men I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend this Diner.

He wanted the pot roast special, but it sold out!! That tells you the food is banging! Still had a good meal, he got 2 dogs(those English buns are wonderful!), and I had the Rueben on marbled rye(Yum!) with sweet potato waffle fries(they were a bit overcooked) Then some ice cream from next door for dessert!
An aside, but I appreciate the ladies’ room. I feel all facilities should so clean, and considerate.
