I loved the foods that I tried! Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and better than expected!! I didn’t expect so fresh since my husband and I didn’t arrive until a hour before closing but it was absolutely amazing. I was particularly impressed by seeing fresh pans of food keep coming out at the last hour. The place was packed in all dining rooms. The service was fabulous and waiter did an awesome job making sure we were doing just fine.
The price OMG!! was definitely reasonable for all you can eat meal, dessert and beverage. It ONLY cost us $22.00 for the both of us. Definitely a great price!!

The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
There was a variety of desserts cut in small portions which I liked that concept a lot because it allowed us to sample a variety different desserts without wasting!
I will definitely go back here again real soon!!! A definite must do in North Carolina and so worth the trip and money.

Building on the outside had barely any signs . Looked a little sketchy at first. When you go in it was nice. Very southern style barn. Wait staff was very friendly. Cleaned up plates and gave our drinks regularly. Food was delicious. Taste like home cooking. I had red velvet cake and a cookie for dessert. It was really good. Price was awesome.

If you are ever in Fayetteville or Hope Mills, Grandsons offers a wide variety of good southern cooking. From pig feet to baked fish and everything else in between. Beans, greens, mac n cheese to blackeyed peas. Cakes and pies complement the excellent customer service we experienced on our first time eating here. We are in town visiting family, and they highly recommended Grandsons.

Our experience started out rough. I paid for our party of 12, but the cashier didn’t ask my name or put us in line for a table. After a long period we asked why. The floor staff did their best to seat us. The food was fresh and delicious so all was not lost. Good home-style cooking!

Wow!!! Being from NC and no longer living here I can tell you this is a must “do drop in”. The food is phenomenal and the staff is very pleasant. They have a large selection to choose from and you’ll go back for seconds. The price is very reasonable for what you’re getting. If you’re craving country cooking, look no further. Cheers!!!

It’s not often I come here because of the distance but boyyyyy!! When I do come it’s always fresh and tasty! It is worth my drive everytime! I was told they do crab legs by the order now . I wanna see what that’s about soon. Grandson’s is always my go to but only the Hope Mills Location.

Southern buffet, been there several times over the years went there for Thanksgiving but was disappointed over quality of food. Selection seemed smaller from the previous years which seems consistent with buffets as a whole though. Food was average in taste and cooler than I would have preferred, for almost $35 for two people I’d say it’s overly expensive, but I believe the price has stayed consistent over the years just food quality seems to be declining. Bathroom was rather nasty though, grime all over sink, urine under urinal, AND people weren’t washing their hands either. BUT waiter was very attentive and kind so they got another star instead of 1. 2 out of 5
