Sunday, January 8, 2026 I ordered a pizza at 4:16 pm for delivery as they start delivery at 5 pm, so they confirmed that will be here shortly after 5 pm. Took my address and payment. When I called at 5:30 to find out where my order was, the girl said the one that took the order confirmed that it was a pick up and it has been sitting there. I said it was ordered with full intention of being delivered because he asked for my address and he said you can write tip on the receipt when the driver arrives. After talking to the girl at 5:30 They said well we can get it delivered now but you have to pay $3.00. I said I don’t want a pizza that has been sitting there for 45 minutes! She said I will get you speak to someone higher up, which wasn’t a manager. It was the one that took the order. He said yes I made a mistake, but you will have to wait because we are really busy now so we will get it made by 6:30. I don’t care how busy they are, because I placed my order at 4:16 pm and now I may not get it for 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. He said they will make a new one for me, so once it arrives if is not a fresh one, I will refuse it and dispute my charge. Plus I have to pay 3.00 cash for the delivery for delivery I should have received 2 1/2 hours earlier. I would like to hear from management regarding this situation! Update: pizza arrived at 6:30 and was not hot. Delivery guy was nice. The sausage had a funky taste and normally the sausage is good here. I had to pick off the sausage, because didn’t want to take a chance of getting sick.

I got a takeout pizza actually two on Saturday night it was horrible. The grandpa’s special was not cooked thru and burnt on all the edges ( how did they do that?)
I also had a pineapple Canadian bacon that had chunks of sour pineapple and very little bacon. This was to surprise my granddaughter she always loved coming here she could not eat it. This is the last time too much of the pizza ingredients have changed .

The fam wanted to stop for pizza today while we were checking out the town, so we tried here.
First of all I want to say that our waitress, Jane (I believe her name was), was the sweetest and nicest lady. Environment gives me old school Pizza Hut vibes. Very cozy. I was not so much a fan of the pizza. I felt it was all one tone. Sauce just tasted like tomato sauce, cheese and toppings all had the same flavor profile. I like a variation of flavors and prefer a sauce with some sweetness to set it apart from the toppings and did not have much flavor. I did however like the crust and how it was cooked, and the sausage. Now when it comes to the pizza fries, those are the best I’ve ever had. The side salad I was not fond of either as it was really watery for some reason, like the lettuce mix was wet. Homemade French was yummy though.
Mixed reviews for me on the food but the family was happy we went, as they really liked all of it. I’m just a pizza snob
I’d come back, just for me maybe not for the pizza, but to try other things.

Stopped at Grandpa’s Pizza & Grill on our way to Copper Falls State Park. Ordered cheese curds and a large deep dish Grandpa’s pizza. The cheese pull on the cheese curds was . Our server, a lovely and friendly woman, recommended the deep dish and it did not disappoint. This place has been around for over 50 years and it’s no surprise why. Great food. Great service. Great place. We will absolutely stop again.

About 2 year ago me my boyfriend had ordered a pizza. The waitress brought it to us and the pizza was so burnt we couldn’t even eat it because it was so hard and very hot to eat . So I had the waitress send it back to make us an another pizza . So the blonde girl that cook are pizza . She brought it to us and slammed it right on the table . Told us here you go she was so very rude to us. She was so lucky that I didn’t get up take the pizza and throw it right back at her . I wanted to say more to her but my boyfriend told me not to. That was on call for for what she did. I will never eat there again. Unless there are better people in there,

Was in town to see my son participate in the Birkie 2025. Driving up to Cable in the morning. Looking for a good pizza night before. Well… I found it. Got a thin crust – meats plus onions. It was awesome . The real bacon was strip of . Pizza was so…. good.

We stopped here for a family dinner. The pizza and burgers that we ordered were great. It’s nice that they offer deep dish pizza. The atmosphere was nostalgic and reminiscent of old school pizzerias. The waitress was kind and courteous. Our table was in plain view of the kitchen area and we observed several restaurant workers handling food without gloves and eating while handling people’s food orders. Could do better with sanitary practices.

We’re from out of town & were vising family & decided to stop at Grandpa’s Pizza & Grill for late lunch/ early dinner. We all enjoyed our food & service very much.
We ordered cheese curds that came with absolutely delicious ranch dressing, jalapeño poppers, 2 absolutely delicious family size thin crust pizzas (1 pepperoni, 1 Italian sausage), a small Chicken Alfredo thin crust pizza, & a cheeseburger with fries. Everything was really good . & our waitress was very nice, friendly, & attentive.
