So Disappointing

I’ve eaten here before and really enjoyed the food, but this time was such a letdown. There’s nothing worse than waiting around for your food to be delivered, only to receive something completely substandard.

The chicken curry was just pieces of chicken in a plastic container filled with what tasted like watered-down curry — more like curry soup than an actual dish. The Mongolian beef, which I’ve had many times at other restaurants, didn’t even resemble what it should be. It was just overcooked meat with soggy vegetables.

As for the crab Rangoons — they were awful.

Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed. I won’t be eating here again.

My friend decided to try this restaurant based on reviews and it was also near to her place. The food was excellent. I had the beef pad see ew which was phenomenal. Also had the glass noodle soup which was also great. The service was great. Our server was super sweet and attentive. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. Their to go orders were constant! A+ all around. Will be returning to try some friend rice next time. Came back for more. This time adding the sticky rice and mango desert. Delicious! We were also gifted a tote bag which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great restaurant with a really kind and friendly staff. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

I always get deliveries from here, so I decided to try it myself. I can see why it’s so popular. Best pineapple curry combo meal I’ve ever had. Totally worth it. The restaurant is very clean, clean restroom etc. Friendly service and a good size menu. I highly recommend it if you want to try a new Thai place. I’ve included the combo portion of the menu.

Entirely disappointing. The delivery guy, sent directly by the restaurant, was late and didn’t speak English. I had trouble locating our order after he had marked it as delivered yet was still on his way. One of our dishes was pretty good, the other one with duck only had 3 tiny nugget size pieces of duck and few vegetables. And this is for a tipped order with a 5 minute distance from our location taking 90 minutes to arrive.

Got a take out for some spring rolls and the crab roll, really enjoyed both. Will be back! The man running the shop was friendly and gave me water as I waited for my take out. Very much made me feel welcome and I will be back to try more!

This was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I had to go order that consisted of traditional pad, Thai with shrimp, and coconut soup.

The pricing on the soup and the quality and portion was fair in this day and age. But the pad Thai was shrimp was outrageously priced and so underwhelming.

It was just one meal for a female, and it was not enough food for dinner, and the price came in past $50 for one pad Thai dish, one beverage, and one small soup. It had to be the greatest Thai food of all time to even warrant that price and it was hardly that.

One of the shrimp was actually rotten, I took one bite of it and it had that spongy awful Texture and was clearly rancid. Which then scared me for taking a bite of the rest of the shrimp for the rest of the meal, since you can’t tell from the outside.

The fact that the kitchen is not checking, the quality of the fish was very alarming.

The woman on the phone when I called BACE did not speak English, she didn’t understand and kept thinking I was trying to place another order. So I asked for the manager, and she said “not here, not here call tomorrow“

I left my information and not surprisingly. Nobody bothered to call back, And given how crowded it was and how far behind they were on takeout orders when I showed up. I’m guessing they’re not really caring that one particular customer might’ve had a pretty awful experience.

I also purchased one bottle of beer, to go, and it was excessively priced – seriously, it was $14 for a bottle of beer, which I didn’t catch until I was swiping my credit card. Do you really have to gouge customers that much? Are you that hard up that you need to charge us three times what it would’ve cost in the liquor store three stores away?

As there’s about 50 Thai restaurants in this area, I would highly suggest going to one of them. This place does not value your business and the fact that the kitchen is not carefully checking seafood, was again frightening and made for a very Unpleasant meal.

Thank you.

Absolutely love this place! The food was fresh, delicious and tastes really authentic. The Pad see ew and the curry were packed with flavor, and everything came out hot and fresh. The staffs are super friendly and the service was fast. Cozy atmosphere too—perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Definitely my go-to Thai restaurant from now on!

The absolute worse Thai food I have ever had! The beef satay was grisly and tough. The chicken satay was merely adequate. The peanut sauce was watery as if it was peanut salad dressing from a bottle. The Thai chicken fried rice was in clumps with very few vegetables with no seasoning. It was inedible! On the other hand, the Yum Yai Salad, which had very fresh vegetables, along with the Thai BBQ Chicken were satisfying. I’m dumbfounded as to why the ratings for this establishment are so high!
