My husband and I purchased cupcakes and cookies for our September wedding this year. The owners Hillary and Matt are wonderful people and they were very responsive and helpful. We went in for our 4 free cupcakes and went back another time to purchase more to taste. At that time we were able to chat with the both of them and get some good recommendations. I’m so happy we went with Grandma Sugar’s because they made our day that much more special. My husband and I are bacon snobs, we like ours crunchy. One of our flavors was the maple bacon so Hillary suggested us cooking our own and brining it in for her to use and top the cupcakes with. That was very kind of her to let us do that. This place goes above and beyond for their customers. P.S. my all time favorite cupcake was their PUMPKIN one. This was to die for!!!!! Great job! (We did the maple bacon, pumpkin, vanilla, peanut butter cupcake and cookies that melted in your mouth!) We will be back to purchase more, I’m sure of it.

We ordered a dozen cupcakes with only 24 hour notice. We were delayed leaving our home and on our way to pick them up, the bakery called with a reminder. They also wrapped our box in plastic to preserve the freshness for serving at a party the next day…and the German chocolate cupcakes were delicious. Thanks for the outstanding service and product!

Grandma Sugar’s Cupcakery made over 200 cupcakes and a cutting cake for my daughter’s wedding in October 2020 and everything was perfect and delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests and many wanted to know where they could buy the cupcakes. Hillary was easy to work with as well! I highly recommend their bakery for events.

I ordered (by phone) delivery cookies for a friend out in Iowa. The owner was incredibly polite, very open to all my ideas for designs, timing of delivery, etc and so easy to work with. not to mention their pricing is very fair!! i’m sad I live in PA and can’t experience this place in person! thank you for helping me make my friend’s day with cookies!
