Really the best breakfast spot in Pittsburgh in terms of Bang for your buck and quality. Grandma Bs consistently serves crispy hot fresh off the griddle pancakes and they know what they are doing. May this Pittsburgh staple forever stay in Business and be sure to spend your money here.

Delicious food. I had the eggs fish and grits. Tried not to lick my plate (it was a challenge). The staff are amazing and friendly. Kept us laughing the entire time while food was coming out left and right. Don’t let the tiny interior deter you. It’s worth the wait.
And my favorite sign “if ya don’t like the food, your taste buds are lying to you!” I’d have to agree.

Being out of town; we relied on the reviews and this place did not disappoint! Fish and grits with eggs and the Philly cheese steak! With two other break fast dishes that were also a hit. Thank you for welcoming us and making sure it was a pleasant experience Grandma Bs !

Small greasy diner with good breakfast items. The dirty grits is a must have. It was good the first time, better the second. It had shrimp with sauted onions and peppers shredded cheese, topped with diced tomatoes. The grits was smooth with a little grits and the saltiness of the cheese was just right. The atmosphere is not cute or spacious but the food is hittin.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Old school neighborhood diner – knew I made the right call as soon as I saw the pile of proper home fries on the flat top. The guy running the kitchen had as many conversations going with the customers as he had tickets on the rail. Will be back for sure!

Food: Very Good. Their food is properly seasoned and homey. One of the best places for breakfast/brunch/dinner in the Hill.

Service: Very Good. Their service is pretty prompt with all workers being respectful. The place is cozy so can easily get packed at times.

Overall: Recommend. Wether it’s for lunch or dinner, if you’re nearby this location, feel free to indulge yourself and let me know what you think.
