Grand Wok is a solid option for a quick lunch or easy carry out when you want something filling and fast. It is simple, no frills, and focused on getting food out quickly.

– You get a lot of food for the money
– Helpful service and my order was ready quickly
– Counter service only, not really a date spot

– Orange chicken was about what I would expect

Overall, it is a convenient lunch spot with good portions and fair pricing, and I can see coming back again.

Just wanted to give this place a quick review. The a/c was out maybe? Not too sure as it was extremely hot when we came in to eat and it was unbearable so we just left. Other than that the food was great! Orange chicken with fried rice was amazing! Combo fried rice was just as good.

We only get our combination fried rice from here because they serve the plate with bean sprouts and the flavor is so good. The best dish for me would be the orange chicken and fried rice. They cook with real oranges and it makes the sauce so citrusy and sweet its delicious. I ordered the fried dumplings and hot and sour too but I ate it before I could take pics they were that good! The price being $10 plates the portions are so generous! The place is always so clean and the front people are always nice and friendly!

Quick and easy, not too expensive. For 25 dollars, we got 2 meat and fried rice takeout foam containers with plenty of food, and 2 water cups. They have bottle/can drinks or water. I got beef and my friend got chicken. I’ll come back for an affordable lunch when cycling the paved trails and bike lanes in the area or grocery shopping.

We’ve looked around near Carrollton, near home for some good Chinese food and this is a great choice. Flavorful food. Not greasy . Not dry. Full of flavor. Great customer service. Today I ordered an order fried dumplings, chicken fried rice and beef low mein. (all pictured) Very good! I would give it a 5 but the flavor isn’t consistent order to order but still good. They do deliver.

The establishment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Customer service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. My General Tso’s chicken was served hot and fresh, exhibiting both excellent presentation and flavor. My only critique is that the sauce was excessively sweet for my palate. However, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

The food itself was good and the portions were generous, which I appreciated. However, a lot of things in the restaurant don’t function properly. There was no AC, the soda fountain machine was out of order, and the food was served in plastic or disposable to-go boxes. For the price I paid, I expected at least proper plates.
I was also disappointed that I couldn’t customize my orange chicken by adding bean sprouts or green onions. These details made the overall experience feel lacking.
The taste of the food was solid, but because of the atmosphere and lack of basic amenities, I probably won’t be coming back.

Ordered General Tso’s Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Orange Chicken. The sauces here are really over thickened and gloopy, with some of them having cornstarch that hadn’t 100% activated, leading to a grainy mouthfeel. The chicken was soggy in all three dishes. Really nice staff, though.

Coming from the East Coast one thing I’ve been disappointed in Fried chicken wings and combos here in the DFW. I tried this place based on the reviews of other menu items. I’m extremely disappointed that the wings have ZERO flavor. Even when adding Sweet and Sour Sauce, Hot Sauce, and Chili Paste it didn’t help how bland the wings were.
They do have sauce options, however I usually prefer the flavor on the wings alone.
