Dining area itself is fine for counter service.
Good was tasty I had the roast duck buns. They were delicious. The bread puffy and soft. Loved them! The scallion pancakes were crispy and the sauce was the perfect foil for them. However, I found not a single scallion in them. It’s like someone forgot to fold them into when making the dough. Lady behind the counter got annoyed when I asked for hot sauce since I didn’t ask for it online. Would try more things next time.

Have ordered here a handful of times and it is consistently good. A little pricier than some other places, but it’s worth it for fresh, quality food. We had the Chicken and Chinese Broccoli with Spicy Garlic Sauce, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Fried Wontons today. Everything was tasty and our special requests were honored. We will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been ordering food from here since last December and I’ve never been disappointed! Food is always hot and fresh and packed with flavor. Unlike other takeout places the food here is not greasy at all and they use “less salt”. I would be skeptical of any 1 star reviews.

As someone who lived in China for 11 years, I can confirm that the food here is authentic and excellent. The jiaozi are large and meaty, and I also certainly recommend the chicken-with-cashew-nuts. The chunks of meat are large and of great quality. The staff are friendly and make sure that you have a great meal. Attached is a pic of their General Tso’s Chicken — also an excellent choice!

How does it take more than 35 min to prepare my lunch special chicken and broccoli multiple times? And this lady never says thanks, hands me the food and that’s it. I’ll give it one more try and that will be it. Hopefully they read this.

I went in. I ordered well-done spareribs chicken with eggplant a wonton soup. I go home the spare of a raw no rice. I called them and she tells me she’ll send the rice to me so I said what am I supposed to do with the spare ribs and she said put them in the microwave make them well-done and warm the chicken in the broccoli it gets hot. That’s the answer I got I spent $35. Plus a tip. She basically told me to cook my own food after I paid for it. She would deliver the rice and of course obviously I would have to wait so I said the ribs were raw and the chicken and the broccoli was gonna get cold and then she told me that cook it in the microwave Unbelievable well you know I won’t be going back there.

. One of my biggest gripes with Chinese restaurant take-out is that by the time it gets home it can be soggy. Not at Grand Wok! The food is fresh, tasty, and everyone who works there is really nice. I’ve never had a meal there that was not exceptional. This is the best Chinese restaurant in a 5 mile radius from my home.

Order delivery here since my local usual places were closed. Ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice and chicken and broccoli. Usually orders in every Chinese American restaurant.They said they do not have chicken wings and pork fried rice combo set. They advised I would have to order that separately. I said ok, and confirmed how many wings in an order. They said 6 and I was satisfied with the number. When I got the order the chicken wings were 3 chicken wings with the drumsticks and flats separated to total 6 which tasted horrible!! The pork fried rice was hard and tasted old. All in all this 40 dollar meal went to the garbage and I could strongly say I would not be ordering from here again.

I had heard good things about this place and was really disappointed with the experience after our first time ordering tonight. I told the person taking our order to call my number when the delivery person arrived so we can let them in. I told them not to use the keypad at the apartment entrance since it will go to my mother’s phone, who is in the hospital. They ignored my directions and tried the keypad numerous times, disturbing my mother’s rest. The delivery person called me finally, but was angry and rude. I wish I could rescind the large tip I preemptively gave. Once we had the food, nothing was clearly labeled, which was an issue since some of our dishes looked very similar. The General Tso’s chicken was so sweet that it tasted like candy, which is not really my preference but I’m sure some people like that. The pork fried rice was kinda bland. The food wasn’t terrible, but I probably wouldn’t get it again. All in all, I am disappointed across the board with our experience. Wish it had turned out better.
